Here's what I have so far for Research Actions and normal Actions.

The Research Actions are pretty comprehensive, thanks in part of @egoo putting in a lot of work on them already. Regular actions is just getting started, though. Lots of stuff to delegate still.

[] The Secret of Life and Death: Analyze the lore obtained from Lord Bolton and Qyburn and see to bring the efforts made by the ex-maester to their conclusion, creating undead creatures that neither spread decay, nor need the constant attention of a skilled mage.(Progress 25, Cost 30,000 IM)
-[] Qyburn – The Secret of Life and Death
--[] Elaheh Marita (Kyton Fleshsmith) – The Secret of Life and Death (Assisting Qyburn – bonus 1d6 for fleshcrafting project applicable?)
--[] Stepstones - Research (Scholarum) - assisitng Qyburn.
--[] Mercy of the Soul - assisting Qyburn

[] The Godhunter: The fortress-ruin that held the Orb of Dragonkind still holds leashed power unlike anything you've ever sensed, but it remains dormant for now. With time, it might be possible to reconstruct the controls of that power, and with proper preparation use it as a weapon to slice away part of a god. (Progress: 16)
-[] Valeria – The Godhunter
--[] Lady Saenna – The Godhunter (Assist Valeria)

[] Forge of Creation: With Anu having finally restored the ritual necessary for creation of his kin, much may change... But for now, that is but a single ritual. To truly bring his people to life, something yet grander Is needed.
-[] Organise a magi-industrial complex capable of producing Warforged en-mass.(Progress: 30)
-[] Anu – Forge of Creation
--[] Svitran – Forge of Creation (Assist Anu)

[] Weaving Deepest Veils: Research the lore promised by Fey of Orphne court, wards capable of evading even a god's eye... even if not a perfect defense all by themselves. (Progress: 18 Cost: 11,000 IM)
-[] Lya – Weaving Deepest Veils

[] The Broken Pact: With many an Outsider now being a part of your Empire, developing ways of breaking them off the influence of their home planes may be a good idea.
-[] Break off Barghests from Hells (Progress: 5; Cost: ??)
-[] Velen - The Broken Pact (Barghests) (Progress 5)

[] The Tree Connection: While the Old Gods gave you what they remember about their beginning, the knowledge retained within the first dreams is still vague and hard to grasp for mortal minds. However, by examining the magic imbued in a Heart Tree both in the physical and other planes, you might be able to deepen your understanding of their true nature. It will be slow work though, as you can hardly take a tree apart for dissection.(Progress: 30, Cost: 50,000 IM)
-[] Vee – The Tree Connection
--[] Naria – The Tree Connection (assisting Vee)

[] Ancestor's Return: Develop a ritual to return Laenor Targaryen back to life, using rituals used for Amrelath, Wyla and leftover lore from Garin/Selyse's ritual (Progress: 8 Cost: 9,500)
-[] Dany – Ancestor's Return

[] Blood Maiden Plaques: Much as they were creatures undeserving of existence, they weren't always like that… or at least their ancestors weren't. It would do you good to understand where they came from to those shores. (Likely information on Drow history and society) (Progress: 6)
-[] Drow Assassins – Blood Maiden Plaques

[] TO BE DETERMINED - Force/Sonic Cannon Research
-[] Beryl

[] Gold and Shadow: The Fleet sailing to Yi Ti is your main counter to the Golden Company, but it is slow in coming, perhaps it would be best to send a set of eyes ahead, a set of hands too to tangle their plans
-[] Assigned: Tyene, Garin, Waymar, Nuri, Erinyes (x2)
--[] Special: Visit the Yi-Ti Expedition Fleet beforehand to pick up one the ancient Yi-Ti Scholars currently inhabiting a Construct.

[] Sober Truth: Deal with the darker elements of the the Cult of Zargreus once and for all, whether it be merely perilous excess or something worse
-[] Assigned: Glyra and Roaming Chaos, Xor, Sandor, Herald (x1), Guardian Naga (x1), Anya the Inquisitor, Mia the Inquisitor, Azema, Argo, Erinyes (x5), additional military and Scholarium forces (including Minotaur Fighters)

[] Goblins in order: Bring the Goblin market into accordance with the law of the realm before any of your citizens can be harmed though malice or ignorance
-[] Assigned: Malarys, Richard, Rina, Teana, Harbinger, Guardian Nagas (x2), Erinyes (x5), Fey Guide(s) from the Orphne Court

[] Sleepers under the Hill: Having established yourself much more solidly it might serve you well to awaken some of the remainder of the sleepers you left slumbering under the hill in Essaria.
-[] Assigned: Viserys, Dany, Lya, Richard, Malarys, Vee

I'm not seeing the action to turn the bullship sane.
Our people had yet to even look at it, to give their opinions. WIthout that, I can't write up an RA.
Simple.

@DragonParadox, time-sensitive stuff includes: Scholarum numbers, OOC numbers on summons (check PMs again), and our Companions/specialists checking on a Bull (while we get a report on Adamantine Mine, since the MA had us looking at the data and then deciding whether to attack it).

@Tomcost, if DP doesn't have that in turnvote-interludes, I'l ladd them checking over Bull to next month's MAs, alright?

@Goldfish @DragonParadox @TalonofAnathrax @egoo

Re: Inquisition Bases.

Establishing local actions will be a bit more specific to the region, but all regular Intrigue actions should be directed towards extending Base coverage to other areas

In this case, some mix of Hero unit with Silver Eye action and Tyrosh's Inquisition action will converge to establish a base in Pentos for example, and so on. We got bases in Mantarys and Tolos now as well, so using them to start extending our influence into Slaver's Bay by establishing Outposts is a must and obvious extension in our activities in the region.

Others should be used to establish a branch in Volantis, fluffed as being on the "down-low" and often through Zherys' own intermediaries. If this activity is discovered, it just appears as an extension of Zherys' own ongoing activities in the city's underbelly, rather than some interloper.

  1. On the Scholarum I would prefer to wait for the new sheet @TalonofAnathrax is making and then just roll 2 months worth
  2. By summons numbers do you mean just post the stuff I sent by PM or is there something else I need to roll?
  3. I can do a report on the mine, though keep in mind it will be very sparse because the Efreeti are understandably secretive about it

Okay.

But we are also missing the action to fix the Elder Mimic. And I'm sure that it was already written at some point.

Ah, but we have to get 3 months' worth of magelings studying now, you see.
We are to get a new batch now.

Ah, but we were to summon some more devils from 26 to 30th?
Summoning:
Lys Demons: 2 Shadow Demons, 3 Incubus, 1 Succubus, 9 Vermlek, 16 Quasit

Remaining HD: Mammon's Devils from 73 remaining True Names known from Uniila-book.
We got the demons, but you never elaborated what Devils we summoned from that number.
Together they are supposed to total 420HD.
I can do a report on the mine, though keep in mind it will be very sparse because the Efreeti are understandably secretive about it
Ah, the idea is that we question the guys we captured/looted? Wouldn't they give us a decent amount of info?

I wildly disagree with many elements of Goldfish's research action plan. More incoming soon. Perhaps we will finally have a contested turnplan?

And DP, I'll try to fix up the Scholarum system tonight. @egoo, it's almost there!

We.. Might want to speak with Lanna Lannister and her husband. Slowly open communications.

If they can be made to at least stand back on the conquest of Westeros for some guarantees that they will not be harmed and retain a measure of nobility, the entire enterprise shall happen with much less blood spilled. She's an uncryable, teleporting, army killer.

She has seen the Planes, she grimly knows Viserys will win. She cares about her children.

Perhaps an accord can be reached, no?

@DragonParadox We need an action, to begin to set up the Fire Whale gem harvesting.

Or maybe 2 actions you can choose between, 1 to set up a harvesting center, and 1 to grow harvesters that travel with the pods.

@Goldfish I have no idea how to make a Plant creature(or any creature in general) so could I get you to throw together a reasonably cheap creature, that can travel with the Whales and harvest their gems?

Adding a new mimic action

[] To Curb a Dreadful Hunger. The Far-Spawn being that had once been disguised as a chest hungers for the flesh of thinking beings, but it is more than its instincts however strange. Perhaps the forge could help it live on healthier fare
Action: Research
Progress: 10
Cost: 4000 IM
Upkeep: None

I thought the plan was for Velen to Summon more of his brethren to help with that? They're perfect for it; immune to fire, can fly, have a decent Heal skill, can cast Cure spells as SLAs, etc.

Hmm... the first would be military and probably folded into Amrelath's conquest, the second could just be a write in under works of flesh

[] New-Kindled Realm: You promised Amrelath his own realm to rule upon the Sea of Fire and so you shall deliver, a safe harbor for corsairs hostile to the Efreeti and Fire whale pods also
Action: Military
Progress: 25
Cost: 50,000 IM
Upkeep: Special (Forms a military colony)

That works too, Velens brethren we can trust to keep the secret of how to harvest the gems, about as much as we can trust a Fungus Creature, the question is just if Velens brethren, would want to permanently travel with a pod of Fire Whales.

Fungus creatures we can design, with a personality perfectly suited for the life in a Fire Whale pod, Velens brethren for all that they will want to do it, because it's helping the Whales, might not enjoy their lifestyle.

@DragonParadox Would Phoenixes be happy permanently traveling with a pod of Fire Whales, or would that not be a duty they would relish.

It need not be permanent. There are already quite a few Lesser Phoenixes in SD. They could take turns traveling with the Fire Whales, staying in SD running orphanages and schools, etc.

I really want to check on the remaining Sleepers hidden in Essaria, ya'll. It is well within our means to either wake those who might be sane and cooperative to reintroduce them to the world, or wake then more thoroughly imprison them (via Smoky Confinement) should they prove a danger. This has been put off for much too long already.

Since this is an event rather than a long-term mission, we can get a bunch of our people who will be otherwise occupied during the month to participate, too.

Are we setting up to raise Dany as a demigoddess with power stolen from Tiamat?
Nope, we just want to mug her for power to feed to our allied deities and perhaps the Imperial quasi-deity we've been brainstorming on.
Should we assign our less important minions with this vote too?

Like deciding if we want the Barghests with Rango or with the Inquisition?
Yeah, good idea.

Can you write that up? Like where the Barghests go, the Legion Devils, Fallen Archons, etc?
