Just one little comment on the Bahamut matter.

You guys can't stomach Lucan. Do you honestly think that Bahamut who is ten times as holy and a thousand times as sure of himself will be better?

No, let's don't. We have better shit to do than try to find a god who doesn't appear to want to be found.

And we aren't some shining beacon of Goodness and rainbows and Unicorns, either. We knowingly and happily work with Devils and we commit blood sacrifice at a level an Old Valyrian would envy.

Bahamut is not a Lawful Neutral, pragmatic kind of guy. He is Lawful Good of the Paladin variety. He is more likely to side with the Seven against us if we draw his attention.

We literally made more of an effeort for all the gods.
And i agree he is a lawfull good god. So he can be expected to acting in good faith.(ha pun)
And he may side with the seven. Currently he dosent have a lotnof assets on the POB so i dont think it would be all that big a threat.

We have literally done that for every god. Why is there such aversion to approch bahumut. It feels like there is some thing i am missing or not but can gods even approch us like that. Because we usually have to go to a temple or talk to a priest to contact a god. Sonit might not even be possible for him to approch us.
We really haven't. Yss was on Vee's belt before he ate a Mallor, The Old Gods hit us up and asked for help (best way to get help), the Merling King we met after sacrificing something and even then we met his daughter ( who seems very lovely). Rhllor hasn't said a word to us. We recently talked to the Moonsinger and she said she would help.

If we ever get enough time to pull it off, I want to collect around 1500 HD of Daemons and Deep Ones to grow a Weirwood Heart Tree with a triple Invoke the Cerulean Sign effect. I am hoping the Old Gods will get the hint and boost the range to cover the city as a whole. It wouldn't guard against Daemons, but Deep Ones at a minimum wouldn't be able to approach without being murdered.
If you want to do something useful with the Cerulean Sign pumping more power in it is useless.
Get an expert instead:
General Prestige Class : Keeper of the Cerulean Sign

That class can ward gates and portals against Aberrations in an actually efficient manner.

That would work on Planetos, but it might not be a good idea on Nirvana - a defiled plane of Goodness where you actively perform blood magic / sapient sacrifice is kind of anathema to the (tatters of the) plane itself.

I'm going to say this bluntly to save on the salt, Bahamut would probably be one of the hardest gods to get on board and require the most sacrifices from you guys. I say this because Viserys has a good knowledge religions and knows something of his character and tenets.

... Damn it. :(

OKay. Items instead. We can get hundreds of weapons and armor. Probably Living Brass ones from our war with the Efreeti. That should be taken as an act of cleansing since we release the souls within.

Yeah no I am out. Fuck that. We came so close to killing him. I am afraid that we might actually commit deicide if we meet him now. Thanks Azel.

Yes yes it is going to break the game.
Please stop looking at it from the position "we are losing".

You may not like it, but the universe has always been shit in-quest.
Deal with it. Get over it.
I'm looking at it from the perspective, of our enemies having a million times as many troops as we have, us using symbiotic creatures to boost the CR of our troops by 3-5, isn't going to cause us to win forever, it's going to be an upgrade to our troops, but it's not going to break the game, it's just going to make our empire take a small step up the power ladder.

It's not like symbiotic creatures will allow us to mass produce CR20 monsters, it allow us to boost the CR of a batch of Creatures somewhat, at the cost of only getting half or a third as many creatures(depending on if each creature get 1 or 2 symbionts)

Since people seem to want to stop talking about bhamut. Lets stop. But i still do disagree and would vote to atleast approch him.

So! Living items! Right.

Didn't consider catgirls as a perspective. Ewww, from what very little I know if that, and the implication of your post.

Animal level intelligence, but still not always a weapon or tool regardless, works well for me.

I thought a person who was occasionally a sword night be cool, but thinking back on how damm near every portrayal of such has been kinda sketchy, now I'm uncertain of having any be above the D&D sapience threshold.

But still, bio-armour base that can be enchanted further, and wooden weapons that have dragon-glass inlays sound nice :)

It's because we know more about him OOC than we do IC. Because this crap keeps coming up every few months, we've managed to pry meta knowledge from DP that makes us not want to deal with him.

We know he allowed Dany to become Tiamat's servant as part of a test of morals. Which she failed. Because she wanted to Resurrect Viserys. As a six year old child.

This is part of some weird cosmic Dragon God balance shit he and Tiamat are locked in. He acts in response to her, and vice versa.

Literally anything we get him to do, would prompt Tiamat to reciprocate in her own bitchy fashion. Or, because reasons, he would be reacting to something she had already done.

At this point, working with R'hllor would be more practical, not to mention acceptable, to many of us in the thread.

Its fine. Lets stop on bhamut. I will look for some other source of goodnes in the world:cry::cry:
Like the only good person is fucking xor.

... Hey @Goldfish, you think Vaela Naelator, the now level 5 Cleric of the Merling King in Amrelath's party, could be a good Keeper of the Cerulean Sign? If not, what prestige class should she have?

Gentlemen, for all his human Avatars are rather nice and generally fine.

His Draconic Aspect (which is the main one and the one we will meet as a Red Dragon ourselves) is the most holier than thou being in the spheres.

His main form is uncompromising, and if even an Archon can be convinced about the use of blood sacrifice in a Religion (Old Gods) Bahamut would probably kill you for trying to convince him.

Rhllor hasn't said a word to us.
Very wrong. We spoke in the first Lys arc. The man was a total dick. Like, just... awful.

He's why we picked up the second unraveling for Garin's use, for one thing.

Since my well thought out and highly practical "stab the god of slavery in the face and let him bleed out near a heart tree to empower the OG" never gained any traction, I think we're going with a "change the narrative, change the god" approach.
