Forgot to explain some of my reasoning for Malarys' new spell.

His PrC ability makes it ranged. His new Chain Spell Metamagic gives it multi-targeting capability.

Using Divine Metamagic, he could cast a Chained Sacramental Seal spell targeting up to 15 creatures, simultaneously sealing any of them which fail their saving throw.

Bask in the glory that is the Multi-Capture Beam.
 
The path forward is clear. We need to invent a 10 people Fusion Dance.

Then we merge Yrael, Leto and an assortment of other Outsiders.

@DragonParadox, how close is Yss to getting Merchantile Domain?
Last asked (2-3 months ago IC if i'm not wrong), you've given it "up to half of a year"?

To be honest, this kinda flows into my question about Tiamat's domains earlier.
I'm wondering if with all the gods we're putting on this we're going to have at least one domain countering every domain of her's.

Would Yss with [whatever_the_name_of_trade_domain_will_be_here] be countering her Greed domain?

  1. That is his next stage of advancement. I'll start rolling for the possibility next month
  2. A Trade/Comerce Domain would indeed be a pretty strong counter to Tiamat.

I'd look it up, but, well, like I said - thanks to Valyrians looting her, that's not so easy anymore :/
 
@DragonParadox, if we get lucky and figure out how to provoke and Avatar of Zagreus into showing up and attacking us, and we subsequently capture it... if Yss or the Old Gods eat it, could they steal one of the domains provided it's not totally unpalatable? Madness we're fine without, but any useful ones would be great.

Trying to steal a god's domain though an avatar is usually like trying to drink the sea through a straw. Only very rarely does a god invest enough power into an avatar to make that posibile.

...Would an Avatar's power be enough to seal the god off from acting within our realm, if sacrificed, then?

I have little doubt he'd be one insidious motherfucker, and a recurring Slaanesh to our Emperium otherwise :/
 
The only reason were maybe getting away with it with the godsnare is because of how much were teaming up on her.

Also just how unexpected and dramatic the attack would be.

She usually has also Scalykind and Evil. Also often Law and Tyranny, but those are her LE versions. For the CE version, I would suggest Destruction and Chaos.

My suggestions would be:
Magic
Scalykind -> Dragon
Chaos
Destruction -> Hatred, Rage, Torture, Catastrophe
Glory -> Hubris
Madness -> Nightmare, Insanity
Trickery -> Greed, Thievery
Void -> Isolation
War -> Blood

They all seem fitting to some degree.

Not really no, that generally takes either getting the god to agree to the binding or just having more power than said god and compelling them.
 
She basically just spent the entire time her children were in charge hoarding power didn't she?

Well at least well start making her crack into it.

The problem as I see it, @DragonParadox, is that we don't even know any domain of the rest of Fiveteen, let alone which domains they stole when munching on Timmie's body :/

Like, Syrax told us she's keeping Fate domain away from Timmie-
But what does the rest of them do?

@DragonParadox, something that always bugged me about sub-domains is that the deity needs to have the main-domain and can't directly pick a sub-domain. Can we house-rule that to not be the case?

I mean, Fate is a sub-domain of Luck and Dragon is hung under Scalykind. Also, Tiamat would be well fit by the Blood domain, which is basically "Blood for the Blood God!", but not so much the general War domain.
