If we're using Truespeech for propaganda purposes (and I do love the idea), we'd need to massively front-load it. If we allow them, the competition will be able to contest our message with their own versions, and that won't stand. No, if we decide to unbottle this genie, we should do it in such a way as to win by walkover. A ready-made functioning press organization of sustained and unimpeachable integrity would be the goal to aim for. I can't see us consolidate all that under Rhaella - that would just be a ticket to state-run media, which I think lacks the utility we're going for.
(I say "if," but that's almost certainly rhetorical. We may have to do it, if only because we've already launched our own mass media campaign, and that means the barn door's open. Not saying that Westeros will catch on to this -- the idea of common people as actively engaged in politics above self-interest or religious adherence would strike most feudal lords as rather implausible, I wager -- just that we can't bank on everyone else being equally slow to capitalize on the possibilities.)

Speaking of work, my department at work is moving to a different location in the building tomorrow and I may be subject to a bit more supervision than previosuly. My at work posting might decrease as a result.
Of course, my productivity will fall also, as I will be pissed off and grouchy from the pointless move.

Please try to keep SD scholarum on Silver Eye project.
Having it not finished now, at the 3rd month, would be a tremendous waste.
Also, have Tyroshi inquisition further research the Drunken God's cult ,with full PC-support over anything remotely suspicious and divinations targeted at that tainted wine, if at all possible.

I've switched that over to the Tyrosh Scholarium and used the SD Scholarium for the Truespeech Presses. Since we only need 2 progress to finish the Silvereye course, it seems fair to switch over the last progress to Horio to basically do a review of the final curriculum and adding a few finishing touches.
I did again set the Tyrosh Inquisition action to Zhagreus investigation, but there is no PC time left over for this.
