@Snowfire, there is no such thing as a Dex-based build that doesn't want Str too (unless they're dumb enough to use crossbows. Otherwise everything gets Str to damage, at least).
@DragonParadox - here are two more characters who'd probably show up to the Tourney and participate in the melee.
Ser Richard Horpe - Was once seriously considered for the Kingsguard until Cersei shot it down because he was ugly. As you can imagine, he ain't a fan of the Lannisters.
Ser Walder Rivers - Walder Frey's natural son, hates being a bastard and hates everyone who isn't. Also a skilled warrior with little regard for chivalry and nothing to lose.

[8] The Most Entertaining Ones of Course!
-[7] Sandor vs Moonsong
-[7] Leto vs the Guardian Naga
-[7] Valaena Velaryon vs Vesill
[2] Meet the one known as "the Hound", Sandor Clegane. Though he bears no knightly title, him displaying his House's sigil and colors was clearly a display of a certain variety. Perhaps he is not here to show he is loyal and will cast down Viserys' enemies, but his purpose in calling out "I am here" was clearly one meant for us.
[2] Wait for the Hound to find a drinking establishment or some otherwise not too public locale. While in retrospect he likely wanted to be approached, that does not mean he would appreciate taking up the spotlight more than he was already forced to do by walking out into the sands and fighting. So often men in your realm have tried to show their bravery or cleverness by attempting to match the honors you have lain upon them, but this man is not raised up in your realm, he is ostensibly the bannerman of one of your most hated enemies.
[2] Ser Richard and Waymar will accompany you. Also greet Uthero and Alysande, he and she more than welcome to join us in the Royal Box from here on if it interests them.

Since its duration is only one minute/level it costs double the normal price to make it a constant enchantment. Could we get a discount on the enchanting if it only affected a single person? Just not having to pay the 100% duration tax would be great.
That would reduce the cost from 2,400 IM to 1,200 IM.
Because she is a dragon and would love some shiny prizes to go with her budding hoard. She will participate in the sorcery one too and would go for archery and joust too if only she could figure out how to shoot a bow/ride a horse.
Alter shape to human when she gets level two spells.
I gotta admit a Drake sorc appeals greatly - tiny (small) shadow drake then BAM! OUT COMES THE HIGH LEVEL MAGICKS!
Out of curiosity, what spell level can she now use? I'm guessing she'd want the IM equivalent of the armour or weapons (unless she asked for some sort of twilight mithril drake armour/barding?), and direct control over enchanting time insted of basic stuff if she already has some?
Basically, she's a sorc/mystic that I like.
Pages of spell knowledge!

As the festival reaches its official opening you are surprised and proud of the numbers of visitors the Lawmen and the Harbormaster tallied up—ten-thousand, one visitor for every five people in the Deep. They come from all across the Narrow Sea and beyond, in some cases far beyond—Shaitan in their glittering robes, Djinn floating through the air to take the city in from above, Xorn looking for a bargain... and in one particularly entertaining instance having to be stopped from eating your coins as festival treats. No one objected when they chose instead to eat Westerosi golden dragons, however.
Among your less exotic guests, however, there are many who would be worth watching, perhaps even conversing with. From Thoros of Myr who comes under the guise of a mystery knight, though he is neither a knight nor particularly mysterious, to Andar Royce whom you suspect has something to prove to his youngest brother after being rescued from would-be kidnappers on his name day. Crownlander and Riverlander knights are aplenty also from hedge knights to the heirs of noble houses already loyal to your banner. One inquisitor had even made a note of the fact that over the course of befriending Ser Tytos Brune he spent most of his time trying to keep the hot-headed knight from declaring himself publicly half-a-dozen times. Ultimately, while you sympathize with the man's struggles, you know they will not make that much of an impact. Finding a Pointsman in a dragon's tourney is about as surprising as finding a horse in the stables, a wolf in the forest, or a fish in the sea.
The Large and the Bold:
Sandor vs Moonsong
Andar Royce vs Shagah Stone Bones
Grazdan the Grim vs Oberyn Martell
Leto vs the Guardian Naga
Yellow Maggot vs Standard Legion Minotaur 1
Scarbrand vs Standard Minotaur 2
Medium and Smaller:
Valaena Velaryon vs Vesill
Thoros vs Iznir Flame-Beard
Ser Steffon Frey vs Quck Steps
Mors 'Crowfood' Umber vs Bonifer Hasty
Tytos Brune vs Asha Greyjoy
Osti Orello vs Shara Rogare
Of far greater note is finding out that your tourney had drawn an Umber of all people, an uncle of the current lord, and he had no particular care about who knew of his presence. He claimed quite loudly that having lost his sons in the Stag King's war he cares not one whit for Robert Baratheon's thoughts on the matter, though using far more colorful language.
Dany giggles when you get to that part, but her advice is serious as ever: "I think we can use him whether he wins a prize or not. A member of one of the North's more 'Northerly' Houses in more ways than one, and he's a skilled enough man with his hands to make it into the second round of the melee. You should have someone discretely look into what his loyalty might be worth."
Waymar, who had been quietly reading through the names and lineages of various petty knights winces at the words. "That's a very cold way to put it."
Your sister shrugs: "Not really, everyone has a price, but it doesn't have to mean one's loyalty can be bought like a bushel of wheat for silver. The price some ask might be good lordship and peace in the realm. Look at this Ser Benjicot Brown. He and his 'free company' have been riding around the Riverlands putting down trouble in Viserys' name before we even knew about them. They even made their own banner."
"Borrowed it more like," you interject. "From what the false-raven heard, House Darry seems to have been particularly remiss in putting down these particular 'outlaws'."
"We should talk to the Darrys," Dany says seriously. "I can't remember Ser Willem very well, but without him we wouldn't even be here."
You sigh: "He was a good man, not just loyal and skilled with a blade, though he had that aplenty, but clever too to keep our head above water for as long as he did in Braavos." He deserved a better fate than the one he found. His kin at least would reap the rewards of his leal service, you vow silently.
"I'm surprised no Darry knights showed to the tourney," Waymar interjects.
"Lord Raymun has to worry about Tullys a good bit more than Pointsmen are concerned with King's Landing I'd wager. Everyone knows striking at the likes of Lord Brune is like pocking a badger with a stick, not something you aught to do unless you plan to finish it, but the Darrys have sadly been poked and prodded aplenty since the Usurpation..." you trail off.
Dany gets a thoughtful look in her eye, then a smile blooms across her features. "We could go to Darry right now, offer to take any of them who wish to participate back by magic. Make it a real secret, not just painting over a crest and drinking with your visor down."
What do you do during the few free hours you have now that the festival is in full swing?
[] Speak to Ser Benjicot about his band of loyalists in the Riverlands
-[] Write in
[] Approach Mors Umber to see why the man is here so openly
-[] Write in
[] Travel to Castle Darry to see if any Darry knights would be of a mind to join the festivities as a prelude to securing the House's full support
-[] Write in
[] Stay here and write the letter to Lord Stark about the danger Bloodraven averted

OOC: I'll be peppering such opportunities to talk to people throughout the tourney so we don't just have back to back interludes with no voting.
