Hey dp a kobold could theoretically get pc levels it happens there's maybe 1 or 4 epic level kobolds and goblins in golarion.

I have three things to say to you:

Fair enough I don't have a speech impediment and I go to college and have advanced classes. Situationally though I'm pretty stupid. Also lets call it inquisitive.
