--[] Horio resumes overseeing efforts in Tyrosh.
--[] Velen, Sarah and Teana continue teaching in the Scholarium.
-[] Basilisk Isles
--[] All three provinces of the Basilisk Isle will construct Guard Posts to strengthen our hold on the area.
--[] Salladhor will take his fleet to scout the cost of Sothorys, both for any remaining pirates, other expeditions and to determine good landing or colony sites. Preferably, he checks as far as Basilisk Point, so that we can extend our reach to the eastern straits.
-[] Draconys
--[] To strengthen our hold on the area, establishing control over the Demon Road, easing the task of protecting the Lyceos outpost and to finally bring Henekar into the fold, we will commence military and diplomatic efforts to take control of the province Draconys.
--[] Yrael will lead the diplomatic efforts, due to his connection to the local people and Archon advantage.
--[] Rhango and his Khalazaar will take care of the military side of things, focusing on killing bandits, supernatural treats and pushing back Dothraki in the northern parts of the province.

--[] Mia and Anya will establish a Inquisition Outpost in Kings Landing, subverting existing networks where possible and building their own, disconnected cells. They will coordinate with the other intrigue mission in the city.
-[] Red Keep Infiltration
--[] Dany, Rhealla, Maelor and Aradia will infiltrate the Red Keep to achieve the following objectives, in descending order of priority.
---[] Capture or kill Varys.
---[] Subvert Varys informant network to leverage it for our own purposes.
---[] Learn the identity of the Mammon pawn in the Ursupers court.
---[] Find Balerion the cat or it's remains.
---[] Find Balerion the Dragon, or more precisely his bones and that of the other Targ dragons. Loot everything.
---[] Do something to drive Cersei crazy.
--[] Copy or steal as many official documents as possible, especially correspondence, financial statements, information on troop strength and movements, and all the other little things that could be interesting.

--[] Use all three available sets of Titan Tools to build the roads connecting the current network with Myr and a sufficiently sized coastal town near Lys. Any remaining days of work are invested into the bridges of the Stepstones.
--[] The Daughters March, aided by Red Scales Holding, will establish the "Blooming Fields Agriculture Consortium", a agriculture business that will hopefully better the local economic situation by growing cash crops. Later on, they will grow poppies and tea in particular.
--[] To establish firmer control on the far-flung and lawless Eastern Flatlands and properly end slavery there, Ser Gerold will impose Martial Law on the area, aided by a Law Action and the Public Schools bonus from SD.
---[] [MILITARY FORCES TO BE DETERMINED] (Most likely the 1st Legion)
-[] Golden Fields
--[] To further increase economic activity on the frontier, to curtail Volantene expansion in the area and to get access to the upper Rhoyne for economic and military purposes, such as a campaign against Qohor, Sorcerers Deep will spend it's Province action to establish a Trade Colony in Golden Fields.
--[] This will be aided by the Eastern Flatlands using their Province action to send settlers there and Kira will use the Violin of Building to construct initial settlements.
--[] Since the area is infested by Fey, Tyene, Soft Strider, Argo, Bronn and Valeana will be send to negotiate with them and / or establish a pecking order. Kira will join them when available.
-[] SD Buildup
--[] Alinor, with aid by the Western Disputed Lands Province action, will establish the first non-magical institute of higher learning in SD, the core of a university. The first courses will focus on Economics.
--[] Beryl resumes building the Training Center for gunners and engineers.
-[] Assorted
--[] Azema has the month off.
-[] Yours Truly
--[] Viserys will focus on arranging a festival to commemorate the victory against Lys, introducing the Mirror Network in the process and making it a truly Imperium wide celebration. He will also give speeches and generally sprinkle in a lot of propaganda.
--[] After the initial things are organized, he shovels free a day or two to go to Amun Khelisk to sell off the current gold reserves and buy property for a Planar Terminus in the city.
-[] Yi-Ti Expedition
--[] The Queen Rhealla, Diana, Moonsong, Asha and Theon will embark on a expedition to Yi-Ti.
--[] [SHIPS AND DETAILS TO BE DETERMINED IN A DEDICATED VOTE, DUE TO THE COMPLEXITY]
-[] Military Construction and Reorganization
--[] [TBD]

Well. Time to shuffle the military around to fill in some of those placeholders.
@Azel, I don't see anything about an attack on Tiamat, despite what you have said earlier?
:???:
Everything else is addressed in my plan proposal I posted a bit ago.
I mean, I myself have barely any idea how to start that, but we do have true names of those Shadow hags Tor bargained with, and we probably can start learning about the place with them...

That aside, I would appreciate the visit to amun khellisk being sooner in the month.

For for particular reason over than that otherwise ill die of boredom on this action-less month, really.

I want to set up Yss' shrine there and at OV, and learn what Jinn got out of Ice Heart.

Are we really going to spend our whole month planning a festival?

And why are there no actions to establish our bureacracy in our newly acquired provinces/cities?

We're securing the Orb of Dragonkind first. Once that's in our possession and completely safe from Tiamat, then we can talk about eradicating the fortress in the Shadow Plane.
...I really never saw that action as anyhow connected to Timme, but alright, whatever.

I'll just have summoning and attempting to bind Shadow Hags to Minor actions vote.

Yss is better be very fucking hungry by the end of this month.
He's gonna eat that orb and be happy about it.

@Azel, I don't see anything about an attack on Tiamat, despite what you have said earlier?
:???:
We retrieve the Orb of Scalykind and send a mission to Yi-Ti, which means we will finally learn what the Golden Company and the Jhogos Nhay are up to, seeing as they are Yi-Ti's northern neighbor and most likely interfering with the civil war there.

That's as much as we can actually do right now.
That aside, I would appreciate the visit to amun khellisk being sooner in the month.
It should be somewhere in the early days, since that's the time when Viserys has given out orders for his other work and needs to wait on the completion.

--[] Vee, Mercy and Mereth will finish up the Fungal Pods
Mereth on research?
Is that useful?
--[] The SD Inquisition offices, with the aid of Garin and Wyla, who will capitalize on their efforts there last month, will establish a full Inquisition Base in Myr.
Wyla is a Wizard, and quite a skilled one, maybe she could take up one of our many open researches, like the wyrmling?

The festival is very important PR to shift people from a mindset of being part of independent Free Cities to being citizens of the Imperium.

It's basically ground zero for our propaganda. It'll be great. We're basically going to make magic tvs and have talk shows to have Viserys tell everyone how things are going to work.

She has the skill points, if anything.

which means we will finally learn what the Golden Company and the Jhogos Nhay are up to, seeing as they are Yi-Ti's northern neighbor and most likely interfering with the civil war there.
and here I though we didn't want to deal with her ground forces :///

Eh, I care only about:
A) her fortress
B) those blessed dragons of hers

And we'll probably get both, eventually. Although fortress takes priority, duh.

@Azel, insofar as dealing with illithids goes, looking for Githzerai next turn?

1. Said festival will take place in every major city and be the inception of our propaganda network of TV-Mirrors. So yes, that will take some effort.
2. That's automatic on the basic level. Improving upon what we find takes other actions.

1. She has the necessary skills and DP greenlit it as long as she only assists. Given that we are doing experimental biology with the goal of sustaining Devil flesh, I think she will be a great aid.
2. Then we don't finish the Inqusition Base in Myr, costing us another action next month and depriving us of the additional action provided by the base. Meanwhile, Wyla will definitely not finish the Wyrmling thing. The core issue why we take so long for research right now is that insistence to spread out people over half a dozen projects. More focus means earlier completion, means free actions for new research.

Well, since we can neither divine nor Wayfinder her dragons, rumors from Yi-Ti are our best bet to ever find them.

As for Githzerai, you know my opinion on that quite well. Try again when we are in Amun Khelisk, because it doesn't really fit in here anyway.

So I have finally finished reading all of the thread (again). Also as a side the only loose ends for Garin are the children and Rhllor. Other than that there is nothing else I could see. As for the turn plan, again, Viserys sets up propaganda while everyone else does dungeoning and other things. Hell I would be half tempted to put Viserys on research if it wasn't for the festival.

Well. Time to shuffle the military around to fill in some of those placeholders.

Some points to address;
You need to send another person on the Orb hunt. Lya, Malarys, and Rina are all powerful casters, but they lack magical endurance. Vee or Tyene would be ideal for this. Vee neeneeds the XP more, though. She should be able to go on one adventure without negatively affecting her research.

Leila is no longer on the crafting schedule. We don't need her crafting capacity, so she could be used elsewhere. Research, teaching at the Scholarium, helping set up a new Scholarium branch, etc. Maybe we can convince her to go on the Yi-Ti expedition?

Valeria is still crafting, but only using her Dedicated Wrights. That makes her available for all sorts of tasks; research, teaching, etc. We used her as a craftbot, but her skills are quite diverse and maxed for her HD.

As for Githzerai, you know my opinion on that quite well.
You have expressed your opinion but one time that I can remember, and I'm somewhat ashamed to say I don't remember that opinion whatsoever.

But based on the context I get it swimmingly, don't you worry.

My opinion on the notion* is based on the fact that they are (based on fluff I've read) as non-disruptive as it gets for a large force of outsiders, and instead of us spending time and people, it will be them, fighting massive forces of illithids, while we'd be free to take more precise strikes.

If you aren't planning on including them whatsoever, would you mind roughly outlining your idea on fighting Illithids?
Because I myself don't see us doing more than attacking 1 or 2 strongholds of theirs, and all other forces will continue to be there, recuperating and giving us just barely enough time to take Westeros if we are (very) lucky.

And you know very well how I feel when we leave an enemy not-utterly-eradicated.

*if Githzerai are avaliable at all, or willing, to fight. Most of the idea to involve them is based on assumptions over their fluff, and DP is free to interpret that how he wisshes, but I'm cautiously optimistic on that nonetheless.

and here I though we didn't want to deal with her ground forces :///

Eh, I care only about:
A) her fortress
B) those blessed dragons of hers

@Azel, insofar as dealing with illithids goes, looking for Githzerai next turn?
The plan was always to get that Orb of Dragonkind first and then start taking out everything else one by one. We simply do not have the time or resources at the moment to split our attention so thoroughly, even less so after we literally just finished a double conquest and are in the middle of integrating two Free Cities into the Imperium. The fortress will be dealt with soon, just not this month.

Next month according to DP.
Plenty of time for the Harbinger to be crafted... by the way, @Azel, you need to make a special note to make the Valyrian Steel at the very beginning of the month so we can start crafting immediately. And also since the Valyrian Steel only cares about HD, for all spiders sacrificed we need to harvest their venom and web glands as grafts to be used in the Fungus Forge.
