I am all for making our self a new throne. I would just prefer to keep our current crown or at least, if we make a new one, it should be made of Valyrian steel.

@Goldfish, what were the spells we were dead-set on Lya learning this turn?

I remember Cyclic Reincarnation and Discern Location, but what else did we want?

Also, what scrolls are we passing through the Scholarum, for both arcane and divine spells? We should start keeping track oft aht to have a standard of "this is what every graduate is expected to know".
I'll put a list together when I get home this evening.

I've also got a list of all the scrolls we've made for the Scholarium. We should be able to put together a standardized spell list for them.

First thing, I haven't seen any kind of even vague idea what to enchant the thing with. At all.
This is just a diversion argument by TNE to cling to the thing. It's a mix of Moving the Goalposts and a Whataboutism.

Second, if we go with the "melt all thrones and similar stuff into the Imperial throne", we would end up with far more accumulated legend to work with.
That is, if someone figures out something.
Its a massively important magical throne of one of the words largest kingdoms, made of the symbolically melted down swords of conquered foes. If it isn't already magical I will eat my hat.

As for what it can do... have you ever played a 4x game?

It should be symbolically potent enough we can put pretty much whatever we want on it.

edit:
@Goldfish put wings of cover on that list?

Priorities: setting up more Inquisition offices, striking against Tiamat, Westerosi Intrigue (Oldtown meeting deciding the status of Fey, Reach politics), and of course stabilising our newest holdings.
Oldtown isn't happening until the 9th month, so we got some more time for that.

Everything else is addressed in my plan proposal I posted a bit ago.

Need to get headache down and start writing the actual plan.

@Goldfish, while I write up my plan in forum format, could you give me the final cost of the various crafting stuff for this turn and a prognosis for the expenses next turn? I think our materials stockpile will run dry.

The crafting costs for the 7th month, between enchanting, scribing, and Alchemy totals 302,694.025 IM.

For the 8th month, including material costs from the Industrial Alchemy works, we're probably looking at 375K IM.

First of, priority one: we have a distressing lack of tigers in our menagerie. That needs to be addressed.

Curtsy, no?
...Hey, @Deliste, can some super-evil spells permanently mindwipe, say, a tiger-like Rakshasa?

If we are getting tigers, we are getting the best tigers around :drevil::drevil::drevil:

[:V]
but hey, we actually seem to have a genuine shot at getting rackshasa next turn, if summoning them actually works.
True Names are going to increase our chances very significantly.

I say that our Menagerie actually needs Cockatrices.

I wanna hand our Inquisitors a flock of Cockatrices for when they need to capture things alive, and Irony is pretty much too big for many tasks.

I'm going to arrange this by topic, to make it a bit more comprehensible.

[] Core Plan for the 8th Month
-[] Orb of Dragonkind
--[] Lya, Richard, Malarys and Rina will travel to the Red Waste and look for the Orb of Dragonkind
-[] Research
--[] Xor will finish Fire Whale research
--[] Vee, Mercy and Mereth will finish up the Fungal Pods
--[] Anu resumes his Warforged research
--[] Svitran resumes his Serpentfolk research
--[] Naria resumes her research on Weirwood Hybridization
-[] Scholarium Matters
--[] The Sorcerers Deep Scholarium will resume preparations for the Silver Eye class.
--[] Waymar resumes his work on the Alchemy classes.
--[] SD spends it's Admnistration action to continue establishing the Tyrosh Scholarium.
--[] Mantarys will spend it's Province action to start building it's own Scholarium branch.
--[] Naath spends it's Province action to continue establishing it's Scholarium outpost.
--[] Horio resumes overseeing efforts in Tyrosh.
--[] Velen, Sarah and Teana continue teaching in the Scholarium.
-[] Basilisk Isles
--[] All three provinces of the Basilisk Isle will construct Guard Posts to strengthen our hold on the area.
--[] Salladhor will take his fleet to scout the cost of Sothorys, both for any remaining pirates, other expeditions and to determine good landing or colony sites. Preferably, he checks as far as Basilisk Point, so that we can extend our reach to the eastern straits.
-[] Draconys
--[] To strengthen our hold on the area, establishing control over the Demon Road, easing the task of protecting the Lyceos outpost and to finally bring Henekar into the fold, we will commence military and diplomatic efforts to take control of the province Draconys.
--[] Yrael will lead the diplomatic efforts, due to his connection to the local people and Archon advantage.
--[] Rhango and his Khalazaar will take care of the military side of things, focusing on killing bandits, supernatural treats and pushing back Dothraki in the northern parts of the province.
--[] [MILITARY FORCES TO BE DETERMINED]
-[] Crafting
--[] Leila and Valeria will spend the month crafting stuff.
--[] For details, see @Goldfish proposal on the matter.
-[] Inquisition Expansion
--[] The SD Inquisition offices, with the aid of Garin and Wyla, who will capitalize on their efforts there last month, will establish a full Inquisition Base in Myr.
--[] The Tyrosh Inqusition offices, with the aid of Hermetia and Glyra, will do the same in Lys. Hermetia will leverage her contacts, while Glyra will leverage the Fey and add her expertise to combat Fey influence.
--[] Mia and Anya will establish a Inquisition Outpost in Kings Landing, subverting existing networks where possible and building their own, disconnected cells. They will coordinate with the other intrigue mission in the city.
-[] Red Keep Infiltration
--[] Dany, Rhealla, Maelor and Aradia will infiltrate the Red Keep to achieve the following objectives, in descending order of priority.
---[] Capture or kill Varys.
---[] Subvert Varys informant network to leverage it for our own purposes.
---[] Learn the identity of the Mammon pawn in the Ursupers court.
---[] Find Balerion the cat or it's remains.
---[] Find Balerion the Dragon, or more precisely his bones and that of the other Targ dragons. Loot everything.
---[] Do something to drive Cersei crazy.
--[] Copy or steal as many official documents as possible, especially correspondence, financial statements, information on troop strength and movements, and all the other little things that could be interesting.
-[] Tolosi Training Centers
--[] Tolos will spend it's Province action, aided by Amrelath and Relath, will further expand the Training Centers in Tolos to increase the speed of Legion training.
-[] Three Daughters Buildup
--[] Tyrosh spends it's Province action to finish it's Guard Posts.
--[] Lys and the Southern Disputed Lands spend their Province actions to establish a Messenger Service in Lys itself.
--[] Myr and the Northern Disputed Lands spend their Province actions to establish a Messenger Service in Myr itself.
-[] Disputed Lands Economic Package
--[] Use all three available sets of Titan Tools to build the roads connecting the current network with Myr and a sufficiently sized coastal town near Lys. Any remaining days of work are invested into the bridges of the Stepstones.
--[] The Daughters March, aided by Red Scales Holding, will establish the "Blooming Fields Agriculture Consortium", a agriculture business that will hopefully better the local economic situation by growing cash crops. Later on, they will grow poppies and tea in particular.
--[] To establish firmer control on the far-flung and lawless Eastern Flatlands and properly end slavery there, Ser Gerold will impose Martial Law on the area, aided by a Law Action and the Public Schools bonus from SD.
---[] [MILITARY FORCES TO BE DETERMINED] (Most likely the 1st Legion)
-[] Golden Fields
--[] To further increase economic activity on the frontier, to curtail Volantene expansion in the area and to get access to the upper Rhoyne for economic and military purposes, such as a campaign against Qohor, Sorcerers Deep will spend it's Province action to establish a Trade Colony in Golden Fields.
--[] This will be aided by the Eastern Flatlands using their Province action to send settlers there and Kira will use the Violin of Building to construct initial settlements.
--[] Since the area is infested by Fey, Tyene, Soft Strider, Argo, Bronn and Valeana will be send to negotiate with them and / or establish a pecking order. Kira will join them when available.
-[] SD Buildup
--[] Alinor, with aid by the Western Disputed Lands Province action, will establish the first non-magical institute of higher learning in SD, the core of a university. The first courses will focus on Economics.
--[] Beryl resumes building the Training Center for gunners and engineers.
-[] Assorted
--[] Azema has the month off.
-[] Yours Truly
--[] Viserys will focus on arranging a festival to commemorate the victory against Lys, introducing the Mirror Network in the process and making it a truly Imperium wide celebration. He will also give speeches and generally sprinkle in a lot of propaganda.
--[] After the initial things are organized, he shovels free a day or two to go to Amun Khelisk to sell off the current gold reserves and buy property for a Planar Terminus in the city.
-[] Yi-Ti Expedition
--[] The Queen Rhealla, Diana, Moonsong, Asha and Theon will embark on a expedition to Yi-Ti.
--[] [SHIPS AND DETAILS TO BE DETERMINED IN A DEDICATED VOTE, DUE TO THE COMPLEXITY]
-[] Military Construction and Reorganization
--[] [TBD]

Well. Time to shuffle the military around to fill in some of those placeholders.

Fun fact -- the Long Night started because the Bloodstone Emperor banged a "tiger woman"... or a Rakshasa.

Cat girls lead to your doom.

Some action items I think we should consider from loose ends.

The Four Essarian Sleepers who our Little Valryians still consider gods. We have revived two Valryians from the Doom and made a Companion of the third. Can we find an answer for the four we left in Essaria?

News from the Shaitan's interrogation of the Soul Gem and the prisoner from Bloom's tower.

Excursions to Valryria getting clues about The Fifteenth, and our pledge with Syrax.

A census about the religions we have on other cities, Trios on Tyrosh and Yss' issue with it, Eternal Blossom and Weeping Lady in Lys, our messianic sect angle from the Red Faith in Myr.

The Toad Statue sacrifice results.

Feeding Jazirian's zombie skin.

Further Sea of Fire intrigues. New mission from the Shaitan or Djinn.

A visit to the Plane of Water. I want to see the City of Splendid waves and diplomacy with the Marids.
