Make them rogues!
Make them rogues!
Fine then. What chapter BY NUMBER AND TITLE was Oathkeeper created?
Lets see just how well you can navigate...
Nah, make them Barbarian/Rogues with whirling frenzy, twf and pounce.I now want to one-up DP's sentient Jellyfish swarm.
A swarm of tiny pixies with Barbarian class levels. Give 'em that Extra Rage...
Wait. When did the Oracle Minotaur happen? Was Rina their response to that?
Hmm... that does make sense and the Old Gods have been growing stronger
*rolls for it*
He got it.
Of Wonder and Insight Thirteenth Day of the Second Month 293 AC
Darts don't have the mass and size of ballista bolts, however.A standard steel-tipped wooden Light Ballista bolt weighs 10 pounds and inflicts 3d6 damage. Considering that our Launchers would be firing Hardened solid steel darts, damage should be increased to at least 4d6 per shot, IMO. If both Launchers are fired simultaneously at a target, that would be a very respectable 8d6 damage inflicted on a successful hit, or shots could be staggered in order to give the pilot two attacks per round.
Yes, before Rina was recruited. I still think Rina was their response to the Tree of Lys though. We raise a beacon of life in a city, they drown another in death.
Speaking of the oracle, we still don't have that sacrifice spear, @Duesal.
[X] Duesal
Right. I want that spear.Speaking of the oracle, we still don't have that sacrifice spear, @Duesal.
*you can hear the sound of something rolling in the distance*If you really want martial classes, Mereth can now use some Pathfinder Martial Disciplines.
Maybe she could teach?
@DragonParadox
This is a question for when you wake up but I was curious. It is about the First Men/ Old Gods lore Bloodraven copied for us. Was it just the Runelore or is there more that Lya has yet to see? I had assumed (maybe wrongly) that there would be some new classes unique to the Old Gods/First Men or something? Like Waymar's class?
Ooh~You do get access to this Prestige class too yes. However it bears remembering that Runes are not an Old Gods thing, they are older.
Meh. It's decent, but doesn't blow me away.Ooh~
Now that's a shiny if I ever saw one.
@Goldfish, about how much would it cost us to make a decent construct teacher whom we could load with runeolore and set on training guys at scholarum?
Or maybe there is a good Plant Creature for that?
10 pounds is 10 pounds. Without all the wood taking up mass and with aerodynamics not being relevant, you can make the entire projectile into a more effective penetrator. That should increase the damage by at least +1d6.Darts don't have the mass and size of ballista bolts, however.
That's not really practical. The knowledge can't just be uploaded into a blank Construct like a computer file.Ooh~

Or are you suggesting that the mythical "decent high-level crit-fishing build" actually exists?
We use the search bar to cheat. Just limit the search to this thread only, limit the search to the posters you're looking for, and keep a key word in mind for the specific post you want.
For example, I literally just typed Oathkeeper and specified that it was a post by DP in this thread. That brought up eight pages of results. I went to the last page, and it was the third or fourth result from the bottom.
That's a cool crit range, but a crit is still doubling shitty damage.11-20 crit range at level 14. It is possible. Don't even ask how I did it, though. That sheet is long dead and I never had a backup.
He probably got the informational sheets on page one first, because they were technically "posted" first.Remember to use the word count function if you're looking for an update. Set the lower bound to 400 or something. Cuts extraneous results right down.
That's a cool crit range, but a crit is still doubling shitty damage.
Unless you can get a vorpal sword somehow, but those things are insanely expensive. And they don't work on everything.
Well, there are ways of making sure you are tripling the damage. That's a cool crit range, but a crit is still doubling shitty damage.
Don't tell me you wouldn't like a Warlord as high officers. In regards to alternative martial classes, they make no sense in the Legion, as it is focused on uniform soldier builds that boost each other and fight as a unit.
For martial adepts, the Inquisition is the right niche.
