[X] Go to the funeral. Even being there might be a good way to rebuild your bridges with the Council.
-[X] Acknowledge her presence but don't speak to her given the chance. Honestly pretending she doesn't exist would be rather childish.

-[X] Say something to her. All things considered her 'betrayal' was hardly personal...at least for you.

I really prefer to mend something with Darra because she did have her reasons and I quite like her.
We should help her with the prosthetics anyway since she know what we are like instead of being an ass both her and us.

Yeah, betrayals are always personal. The only ones who are completely unaffected by such a turn of events are semi-sociopaths that didn't give a damn about the shattered relations one way or another.

Darra has brought a noticeable amount of friction and suspicion in all of our interactions with the Jedi, whose influence is pretty valuable to us.
Brushing this off like we don't care feels like a disingenious nice guy act you'd see in a paragon run in a video game.

EDIT:

Also I rather doubt the extent to which we can mend bridges, considering how completely unaccepting she is of our actions with the hutts, despite all we've done for her already.

Hell, she even says herself that trust once broken can't be repaired.

Can anyone who remembers the episode tells us what changed on this version of the scene? Besides the interactions with the Sentinel?

I imagine that he's more stone cold here, what with the whole:
She was suddenly cut off as Anakin's grip tightened. "You listen to me very carefully," he said in an icily calm voice that noticeably unnerved Ahsoka. "Whatever you say or believe at this point doesn't matter. You killed innocent people who had nothing to do with the war, including your own husband. I don't care what you think about the Order and quite frankly you have no ground to stand on after what you did. Now shut up and keep walking."
But I'm not entirely sure what else changed.

We need to keep them focused on investigating not on mending bridges. Also by speaking to her it can take our attention away from observing others at the Funeral, where we may just learn something.

I just wanted to mention that I expect Darra to be framed rather than Ahsoka. What better way for old Palpatine to destroy Anakin's trust in the Jedi and Ciaran than to have the Jedi bungle the investigation of our primary critic? So yeah, trying to at least partially mend fences in front of Anakin is actually important.

While certainly possible, I think that Ahsoka is still the one who will be framed. Anakin's master/padawan relationship with her is stronger than the one he has with Darra, specifically because he is in charge of Ahsoka's wellbeing and knows her personality much better than Darra's, who has changed over the years. Not to mention that Anakin's is even more certain that Ahsoka is entirely innocent in this matter for multiple reasons.

Ahsoka is honestly the primary reason for him to remain a Knight, followed by his own morals and Obiwan.

Mainly because of the risk that Ciaran will figure out a way to either hide or free Ahsoka. Palpatine wouldn't want to damage Anakin's relationship with the Jedi in exchange for making him more grateful to Ciaran. He's a lot more likely to believe we'd just let Darra take the fall.
