[X] Set up people around the apartment to watch and listen for any suspicious activity, but don't go any further than that.
-[X] Insure that the team doing the stakeout contains at least 1 force sensitive or Abysswalker so that if the culprit is a jedi they can not casually mind trick their way past the team.

Nice catch

@Dr. Snark What assets do we have available for deployment on this interlude? Some specifics on assets would help with planning.
Also, we should absolutely have Darra encounter Kygeetu San Torgh. I'm sure they'll get along great and there is no way anything could go wrong. :lol

Known Assets: Ciaran, Thrawn, Dani Plenar (Abyss Walker), Riphath Althean (Abyss Walker and "Warden" for Arla Fett), Arla Fett (Consultant)
Presumable Assets: Basic low-level deniable troops.

So close, and yet so far. Riphath knows that Darra is on-planet and it wouldn't be hard to make things work...if he wasn't the invisible ball and chain keeping a handle on Arla.

Hmm. Depending on how things work out, I smell another omake in the works.

No, no. Its not the same unless Darra meets Ciaran's fangirl.

I'm not looking for Darra to meet Ciaran's fangirl. I'm looking for her to meet someone who can help fix her prosthetics, who would have a reason to be there, and who could speak to her as another Force Sensitive. Kinda pull a Panory "Someone's Gotta Do It Redux" for To Heal A Wound.

[X] Have someone break into Jackar and Letta's apartment to see if there are any leads.
-[X] Have Asajj and Karrosi break in. Asajj has done enough black ops work that she'd probably be able to pick up on anything suspect.

Current on-site assets are:

-Ciaran
-Asajj Ventress (Disguised as bounty hunter, in Undercity)
-Thrawn
-Arla Fett (in Undercity)
-Dani Plenar (in Undercity)
-Riphath Althean (in Undercity)
-Koliya Karrosi (in Undercity)
-Various Watcher teams
-A large amount of contacts in the Undercity

And for those of you voting for adding on a Force sensitive to the observation team that was my intention to begin with, but I understand why you put the subvote on there and respect your foresight in the matter.

Watching the Detectives

This is an excellent way to set the tone for Team Arla. Canon, +10.

Yep. I kind of figured that this would be the result but I figured it would be fair to give the thread the option to press the "Fuck With Canon" button as it were.

Perhaps I should clarify that I meant the "Fuck With Canon (Within Reason)" Button.

No there was no sticky note attached to said button what are you talking about :V

Honestly, that reminds me of something I was wondering about earlier: What's stopping someone with enough resources from just... detonating the foundations of a Coruscant building? NO ONE goes to the under levels, and I don't believe that skyscrapers weighing more than mountains can be supported by bridges and arches no matter how well designed. So... how hard would it be to just... collapse the Temple/Senate/Whatever?

Space Magic. Also, they are all interconnected and junk, so there isn't a main load barring column.

[:V] Call Darra, you have a tip~

Ah yes "The Foundations", that mystical realm, 50 levels underneath the Mole People Empire and it's struggle for dominance against the Neo Rakata Confederacy.

In other words, the damn building was built over ten thousand years ago, nobody has a clue where it's foundations are at, what they look like or what else is in the way. Also if you start blowing up random important looking pillars even the Jedi will notice something is up.

For that matter, if you plan on doing so the Jedi will probably notice because they can sense stuff happen in the future. And so will Palpatine, who probably wants the buildings intact.

Pretty much. At this point the foundations to any given building on Coruscant is probably several kilometers below the upper levels, is more or less blocked off entirely by debris and junk that's built up over the years. Making things worse is that due to how the planet's been built up, every single building probably has hundreds of redundant load-bearing beams or connections or what have you that would keep them from collapsing.

You're not taking out the foundations of a Courscant building. It's just flat-out impossible.

Alright. What would happen if you were able to effectively vaporize the bottom third of such a building?

Fine, I'll resort to the backup campaign of terror.

In all sincerity I'm not sure you can anymore.
I remember reading an EU book by Jude Watson, I think, where the protagonist and a couple other people made it to the surface of Coruscant. Not a lot there maybe some basic life support facilities, as I recall. Too bad I don't have that book anymore or I could check. So yeah, there's probably no point in actually going down there if you're not a historian or something, even assuming you can get that far down.
