Oh boy, yah that one needed to be stated and updated, the Thules will be very creative in order to make sure they can have fun or get to it quickly. Also I want to hear the stories that made 3 and 4 necessary.

oh krakening damn it. Really? how hit it is to use a condom during it and they really did use the 'Armor is protection'. I love and hate these girls for the antics they get up too. This has been a great laugh so far.
These two seem to be questions asked during briefings. I prefer to hold the Thules in higher regards than to assume they did this stuff.

Oh right.... hey guys, should we do something about this? its two turns away and it is in the Black Ash Clan territory this is focused on.
Eh... maybe? It might be a good idea to make diplomatic contact with the Black Ash Clan before we yoink one of their planets.

Probably next turn? We could also order the office of subversion to delay the subversion a turn if we feel its necessary. But it would be nice to have access to the three weird interconnected worlds. Regardless, we've got the fleets to stand them off - and remember their fleet is kind of a trashfire of like 20 Dauntless', and they just got done with a big war of their own.

Also, more veterans! and names based on the New Order they're now of. Lavawalkers and Molten Knights are on point and sound so cool. Lord's Lance has a story behind it and Heralds of the Heavens goes hard I wonder if they have Yeeni Pilots. Wish we could get bigger ones like from the Black Ash Clan.
Oh yeah! Glad to see my prioritization of units that were close to veterancy paid off! I think before this we only had one veteran SAG, now we've got 8!
Here's the one we already had:
1st Kriegar 'Gorecog' SAG - (1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Kriegar Medium Augmetic Legion Assault) - (Veteran) - (4/5 to Elite) They're almost to elite! @HeroCooky How much better is Elite than normal?

The new ones: (What the hell is going on with the Saphire sweaters?)
1st 'Dread Threads' Ubrakan SAG - (1st Ubrakan Heavy Tanks, 1st and 2nd Ubrakan Medium Tanks, 1st Ubrakan Light Tanks) - (Veterans)
1st 'Dreadquake Regiment' Itanian SAG - (1st, 2nd, and 3rd Itani Heavy Tanks, 1st Itani Heavy Mechanized Engineering) - (Veterans)
1st 'Sugar Bombers' Barbarun SAG - (1st Barbarun Light Tanks, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Barbarun Medium Mechanized Sabotage) - (Veterans)
1st 'Sanded Machines' Ikatun SAG - (1st, 2nd, and 3rd Ikatun Light Infantry Sabotage, 1st Ikatun Light Augmetic Legion Demolition) - (Veterans)
1st 'Wardens of the Way' Diablan SAG - (1st and 2nd Diablan Light Mechanized Assault, 1st Diablan Light Infantry Engineering, 1st Diablan Light Infantry Demolition) - (Veterans)
2nd 'Saphire Sweaters' Gathin SAG - (5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th Gathin Heavy Infantry Demolition) - (Veterans)
2nd 'Celestial Lancers' Hymns SAG - (3rd, and 4th Hymns Light Mechanized Assault, 3rd, and 4th Hymns Medium Tanks) - (Veterans)

And then of course 7 veteran war-packs. We're really building up a nice set of armies here.

[X] Plan: The Secrets of Going Fast, Using Sticks and Improving Quality of Life

I think that gets us the last bit of secret sauce we need to get whatever is unlocked by having the full Star Child set?

[X] Plan: The Secrets of Going Fast, Using Sticks and Improving Quality of Life
-[X] Duchy Engine Mysteries
-[X] Mundane Psyker Staffs
-[X] [Psykana] Conduct Three Melodies - Ruthlessness, Brutality, Mercy
-[X] (Free) Switch ISC to [Federation Post] - Messenger Fleet - Reduce the cost of improving Civilian Infrastructure by 50% (rounded down).

[X] Plan In times of peace prepare for war
-[X] [General] Research
--[X] Duchy Engine Mysteries
--[X] Burner Seeker Mines and Rotary Plasma-Macro Cannons
--[X] Micro-Warp Jumps And Phalanx Doctrine
-[X] [Psykana] Conduct Three Melodies (Choose three below.) (0.4/1 - Auto Complete) - Ruthlessness, Brutality, Mercy
-[X] (Free) Switch ISC to [Federation Post] - Messenger Fleet - Reduce the cost of improving Civilian Infrastructure by 50% (rounded down).

As grand cruisers are still 7 actions into void industry away the plan here is to design a upgrade for the Leo that is fast enough to dodge null nets(the engine upgrade and give it Rotary Plasma-Macro Cannons for a boost in range. It currently spends 3 DP on boarding shuttles and those can be replaced with Macro Cannons equipment as we are no longer required to have a hangar on all cruiser plus ships.

... Do we need or want the ability to create star-spawn? It's not like we'll routinely have a lot of people who have given themselves to chaos hard enough they need to be ritually sacrificed to redeem them.

is cool, thats enough for me plus if we ever meet a heavily corrupted chaos stronghold we can reporpuse its spawns

I can confirm that those rules' addendums were created during pre-shore leave briefings.

10 times. Veterans are five-times as effective as normal troops, and Elites are twice as good.

And the Saphire Sweaters were due to a pun I wanted to make, but didn't get the time/opportunity to. Something about that SAG using Saphire-Blue uniforms and using explosives from a chemical concotion that "sweats."

Possibly dumb question but... how much can we upgrade Civ before making the costs for everything go up? Because if we get close to XX before All X and invest in it after we might be the only civilization that has it.

I think there's a quote somewhere that the next increase in cost to development is at either all-X, or when the sum of any two milestones is equal to 30. So if we hit civ xv then we should hold off on void xv.

Though of course, the way to more development is to get more/better ISCs, which Civ XV can also give us. It's supposed to give us 3 more, as well as upgrade them and let us have two active at a time, and we can always make more ISCs for 2 actions apiece. So that is a way to keep our dev costs down.

Speaking of - @HeroCooky how would we go about integrating the ashan? I want their ISCs.

Does anyone know where it is on the map?
Maps 1, Ishanu, far left side. The closest system of the Black Ash.

Thank you for your answer.

So if we really wanted we could get Civ to XIX then, huh. Interesting.

@HeroCooky
Brans - Branus
Suspected Subversion Time: ~20 Years

What happens when the time hits 0, does the world leave its current nation and join us, a war starts or do we get a timer till they are detected like at voxx?
