If we are thinking about moving subversion then we should move it to a planet like Malusian which is a polity with no space empire attached to it...though I guess Zetraneum technically counts(we won't touch that for obvious reasons)

Speaking on the people. @HeroCooky How is the Voxx Primus migration going? If I recall correctly there is movement happening to planets on the Macabre sector and the terraformed planets. Has that essentially been solved? If not how many people do we need to migrate still?

Also is voting open already?

We want these before designing our rad lance ship

And these before a carrier
I agree, but it's hard to always get the full wish list. Enhanced Snapshot will probably be just as important as lance scattershot on our lance ship, and we have pretty potent carriers already. If forced to pick just two we should take Phalanx Doctrine + Micro Warp Jumps + Enhanced Snapshot/Arc Carronade, with Variable Macro-Cannon Shell Experiments and Lance Scattershot Module being third choice. But we definitely want new ship designs before we tangle with van Zandt again in ~10ish turns, probably an artillery HC and a lance LC.

I'd put micro warp jumps and phalanx doctrine pretty low. Both are neat gimmicks for which we do not have viable designs, even if we research them.

Meanwhile, the carriers are literally the core of our force, and we haven't improved them much. Third gen strikecraft were rather unambitious and mostly diversified in ways that do not actually help us against the Duchy, so we'd be going at the Duchy with the same weaponry, while they designed a counter.

Similarly, I'd put lance scattershot over artillery, because breaking the enemy phalanx by mass disrupting shields is more important than long range sniping of bastions.

You still need to find enough place for around ~150 Billion people by my reckoning, but there won't be pressure for a good few turns yet due to your terraforming.
If the description comes up, I'll just buy you an art.

How much can that be? 10$'s?
Bet.

(Non-Canon btw.)
The Abhuman Homo Salax Gubernator or Thule - (The Brave/Salacious Navigator) is an Abhuman strain created by the Glimmering Federation in concert with its growing strike craft proliferation, seeking enhanced performance from its initial Veteran Pilot Gene-Lines to make use of the best for the job without needing to care about recruitment limiters. Thules are indoctrinated from an early age to see piloting as the highest honor and achievement in life, with rigorous training and combat use ensuring that future iterations are refined from the best of the best. However, high stress, high expectations, and low amounts of free time have instilled a need to gain relaxation by the quickest means possible, often with strike craft crews joining together for maximized time-use. With drugs strictly controlled or forbidden, sexual experiences have taken that place, with an unfortunate self-reinforcing mechanism leading to all Thules having a higher-than-norm libido despite the best efforts of the Genetors assigned to oversee their production and expansion. Rumors have it that non-standard experiences are highly desired, leading to high instances of polygamy, xenophillia, and cross-abhuman couplings.

And that's below five minutes, so it's still a shitpost, whooo!

Hmm @HeroCooky with Ashan we have free trade, freedom of movement and an alliance. Honestly the only thing I can even think of is Foreign investment rights, single market and like further military integration like shared chain of command(this one is straight up trying to recreate NATO lol)

Edit:

Economic Harmonization: Though the Families and the Federation have been economically friendly closer ties it is time to bring that relationship even closer together. Sharing a single market with shared standards for people and goods as well as allowing for foreign investment rights to be granted to both parties will cause both states to benefit and come closer together

Military Integration and Improvement: The Families have far less experience in the fires of war than the Federation. Increasing the standards of the Families and having a integrated chain of command will let both states come out ahead in the wars to come.

Bit hard for art though, it's mostly behavioural.
Ah, reading comprehension fails me yet again!

~1.90m tall, athletic build, red-ish/brown/hazelnut skin, smooth hair in the brown/dark green/midnight blue/amber colors, and slim proportions.

You can do that to increase influence and eventually lead to integration.

Okay I got these two. Would this be an example of write-ins that can help bring them in? Also are they already slowly coming our way and this would just increase the speed at which they do so?

I was hoping we would be further along with the station holding 20B and the most recent terraformed world holding 101 Billion

Maphara - (Target Biosphere: Tepui and Cenote) - (Maximum Population: 101 Billion) - (Terraformation Time: ~200 Years) - (Finished: 980.M42)
Nurn - (Target Biosphere: Fog Mountains) - (Maximum Population: 27 Billion) - (Terraformation Time: ~170 Years) - (Finished: 970.M42)
Git - (Target Biosphere: Megaflora) - (Maximum Population: 36 Billion) - (Terraformation Time: ~160 Years) - (Finished: 960.M42)
Ixcat - (Target Biosphere: Wet Tidally Locked) - (Maximum Population: 16 Billion) - (Terraformation Time: ~160 Years) - (Finished: 970.M42)
Nushar - (Target Biosphere: Dry Forests and Steppes) - (Maximum Population: 22 Billion) - (Terraformation Time: ~150 Years) - (Finished: 960.M42)
Qulach's Forge - (Target Biosphere: Savannah and Flood Plains) - (Maximum Population: 9 Billion) - (Terraformation Time: ~340 Years) - (Finished: 260.M43)

In addition some went to the macabre world we retook and a few Billion each year spread out among our existing worlds.

I think we ended the war early, so our population was a lot higher.

Still, we've got time, and we want to do a few more Void Dwelling options too in order to hopefully push our Void Inf up a bit. We get Grand Cruisers at 13!

Yes, they would. Have added them to the list in Diplomacy.

Okay those were on the right track then. How about this

The Horizon Program: Scientific research between the (Insert Polity here) and the Federation have been often sporadic, unorganized and used as barter. For the betterment of all involved research should be an Open Access endeavour and be done in co-operation with all parties.

ISC Access: The Federation has a history of using ISCs to develop their state to what it is today. Through this agreement the polities involved will be able to give access to ISCs shared by both polities.

Honestly I am ripping off the EU programs hard as humanly possible. The only thing left is the EU diplomacy aka the "Let us speak on your behalf as a member of the EU" ability they have and then outright integration because the EU(without the member rights) is as close to one can get to peaceful integration of a state.

Edit: Also voting is open?

You forgot one.

[] Glim-Rail : We shall build trains connecting each planet, ...

More seriously, we should do a joint Sports program, if only because I want to see a bunch of Thules get thrown into the Shipwright's Grove's racing circuits.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to kick ass and form relations. Now, of you go girls, have fun.

How is "increased survivability because of it being harder to focus fire down a single ship" a neat gimmick with no viable designs?
Phalanx doctrine is designed for many smaller ships, which we don't really use. Our fleets are weighted far heavier than the Duchy.

Instead of playing to our strengths and doctrines, it'd be looking for a weaker, worse, option that the Duchy already knows how to counter.

Edit: Also, as I go to bed; no comments about your new Melodies?

You know, I was too focused on all the new stuff for that. But. Uh.

What is one life in the face of trillions?

There is no mercy in this galaxy.

Get the rope.
The good one.
Damn. Those are scary. What would
Mercy, Ruthlessness, Brutality
do?

Other fun combinations:
Humanity, Mercy, Home, Compassion, Hope.
Mercy, Hope, Wisdom, Justice, Unity.
Brutality, Struggle, Ruthlessness, Logic, Struggle.
Void, Ruthlessness, Logic.
