Yes it would be. It's basically you going to the people in charge, bribing/hiring/paying them to let you run things and then filling out all the proper forms in order to make the races "official" and building them up however you want to.

I'd like to clarify, it would make Cassandra to potentially snowball into being a master at any kind of motion that a regular human could do. It does nothing for intelligence and decision making or money management or tech based stuff. It's still useful because it could theoretically let you shoot bows and arrows like Green Arrow, fence like Ra's al Ghul, box like Wildcat and fight like Lady Shiva just by watching them but it wouldn't let Cassandra watch Lex to become as smart as him.

It's a very strong trait if given time to ramp up due to its ability to let you collect physical skills incredibly easily but it's not quite as powerful as you seem to be making things out here.

There aren't. Not that we have, and gambling on her potentially approving of some nebulous future post human option which we'll gain down the line is ridiculous. Plant human serum is the least invasive post human option we have and she's just barely not willing to do it yet.

Our best odds of getting another post human option she finds acceptable is Death Stroke super soldier serum and we won't be cracking that for at least 8 turns. This a do or don't situation where the question is are the Martial, diplomacy and intrigue boosts Helena stands to gain are enough to take a shot in the dark and see if Mandragora can survive without the batman there if we don't provide aid.

Helena got away from batman when he interfered in her last attempt. This time, though chance and unforseen circumstances, Joker is luring Batman away from Gotham the turn she plans to make her next attempt. His absense makes it almost impossible for Helena to be caught since neither Robin or Batgirl will be able to keep up with Helena intrigue wise if batman wasn't able. That said, there might be an action to provide Helena with an easy means of escape that only raises her odds of avoiding capture, though it's probably overkill.

We have actions we can take, offering her tech or other lexcorp products maybe one of them. Unfortunately the stealth suit likely slows her down so it's sort a net zero gain item. The DDM though is good for hiding her identity, and let's us help her without contributing to her success much. I'd say it's a solid move to support her, cover our ass, and still leave a chance for Mandragora to get away and see if she's more willing to try Human Plant integration serum afterwords.

We don't want witnesses putting someone living at lexcorp tower in metropolis seen meeting Crock if there are people nearby. @King crimson can we use the digital decoy mask prototypes when confronting them? Or simple have Talia disguise herself?

For traits, while I'm open minded, we have been complaining about the difficulty of raising Cassandra's stats, so I'm slightly biased towards traits that raise her base stats. It's just sensible for us to value increased overall capability over situational advantages. Traits that give us both are thus naturally worth more.

That said, she has about dozen special actions left, and I doubt we'd spend more than 3 of them on medical expertize, and it's not a stat raise, so it doesn't count towards reroll.

Incredibly OP, but also reliant on luck too much for my tastes. Last resort option in my opinion. Still ahead of the rest of her traits.

Jinx and Raven are friends and both are likely to dislike being outdoors at the camp. That being said, while it will completely compromise their ability to network, having the two of them show up as friends united in their opposition would likely cause the two of them to become closer friends overall. I care about fixing their shitty coop way more than networking, and the two would probably amuse themselves with magic in the event of boredom.

I am not going through all the tower things because I dont have time now but I am going to put in my thoughts on some of the other items.

[X] [Crash] Permanently cancel and arrest all relevant members of the Crash Alley street races
[X] [Crash] Take over and rebrand Crash Alley Street races

So i think we either need to close down Crash Alley or take it over and make it legit. None of the other options seem worthwhile.

[X] [Direct] Hexed in the West
[X] [Direct] King of Crime
[X] [Direct] Pirates of Nassau
[X] [Direct] End of the Line

These options for movies seem like they would give the best benefit while avoiding problems that could arise for some of the other options. I am particularly supportive of the King of Crime movie in that it could inspire criminality in Gotham which would be a nice side benefit to that option.

I mean you can say that it ticks you off but it's kind of a consequence of you making Ferris Aerospace into a juggernaut in the space and commercial airflight areas. Not quite as good as the direct boost to her intrigue stat in my opinion, and only against base humans. Either way, I feel given how much effort it takes to raise her a single point or two in any stat, it's more worthwhile to take memetic or Contortionist.

Make some money off of Crash Alley, either from regulated races or from new vehicle designs we can copy/purchase. Hoping Gearhead would show up for possible recruitment.

Oh sure, that's what I meant. Also can I ask, would we need to take dedicated actions for this trait to work or is it something that's constantly active?

It was a higher DC but Eiling's success with the G7 significantly reduced the DC for all actions in its member states. Between that, Future Constructions growth and our construction machines the difference between them will probably be fairly negligible now.

Personally speaking the benefits from the serum aren't worth the chance that Helena gets caught or becomes known to the Batfamily regardless of how unlikely it is. Plus there's a possibility that on a success where we helped a grateful Helena might be willing to undergo the treatment though admittedly that's a bit of a reach.

Fair point on the invisibility suit but I think the instant stroke drug is a good choice even if we're kinda hoping she fails. After all it doesn't guarantee her success, she'll be happier the more help we give her and even if she Ains she'll probably have screwed Mandragora over in doing so.

It's worth considering that Monkey See, Monkey Do Better might lead to more stat increases in the long run. After all replicating the skills of anyone she sees could apply to pretty much all of them.

I don't think Jade is a guaranteed member of the staff so much as the point is she is an option for it.

Though that makes me think @King crimson could we out Cassandra in charge of it? Because that could be a good way to give her some of the experience she's been wanting…

The Hex movie has the potential to open up an entire WCU based off of real wester heroes. The pirate movie would basically just be pirates if the Caribbean which is a successful franchise but not as far reaching.

The only potential issue is Hex showing up and trash talking it but that's unlikely and as long as we involve Lana he might actually kinda like it.

Not all government work is the same. Senators are a part of the federal legislative branch, meaning that their role is to pass laws and approve certain decisions of the president (such as appointments), which shouldn't involve much if any Stewardship actions. By contrast, a governor is a part of the state executive branch, meaning that they are the ones that actually do shit and thus would require Stewardship.

Pamela was the head of the EPA and thus a member of the federal executive branch of the government, if Lucy becomes a senator then she will be a legislator and thus her Stewardship is unimportant.

Besides, if we want to train Lucy in Stewardship then there's plenty of time until she leaves for office either way.

I will not be voting right now, but I do want to share some thoughts:

* If we take over Crash Ally then we should consider building a racing circuit of some kind at Alexandrai during part 5 of the results. Otherwise, this will require a bit more of an investment

* If we want Mari to become interested in potentially directing movies, then this could be a good opportunity to do so since we can free her for next turn if we really wanted to (personally though, I'd rather she and Lana develop hero costumes together but it is still an option). I'm inclined for either "Cry of the Unborn God", which could expand Lightyear's demographics, "Hexed in the West", which seems like the most commercially viable, "King of Crime", which might screw with Batman but won't net us much IMO, and "Pirates of Nassau", which seems like a fun movie to make. Out of all of these, I can see Lana and Mari being interested in "Hexed in the West" and Mari being interested in "Pirates of Nassau".

* I think that Randino has the right idea with the Crocks. I will say that I'd consider alerting the police to their location regardless of how negotiations turn out, since Paula isn't worth the effort of covering for.

* The noteworthy traits here to mee seem to be "Hit Them Where it Hurts" and "Does it Bleed?", which seem to be immensely powerful in a fight, "Voices in Your Head", which will aid Cassandra when going undercover and will likely open options for training her in disguising herself, "Body Horror", which just straight up gives a big bonus, and "Monkey See, Monkey Better than You", which is very powerful for physical skills. The doctor and medicine ones are good if we want to double down on her medical knowledge as well. "Memetic Me" will push Cassandra into the influencer path, which isn't something I see us actively committing to over multiple turns, and "Master Contortionist" is of limited use but gives +2 to Intrigue while opening a few options. @King crimson is "Learn about escape artistry" a viable write-in for Cassandra? What about "Learn about infiltration"?

* Raven + Starfire to camp seems like a good idea. The two don't have any overlapping stats except for Martial (which could be useful with warding and such) but Raven needs closer friends and a greater support structure.

Not necessarily, things like playing musical instruments, dancing and acting typically effect Diplomacy as well and they all apply.

Arguably Learning as well, after all of she sees someone build a device or create a compound she doesn't necessarily need to know the ins and outs of it to replicate it.

To be completely fair it's entirely possible that Paula isn't keeping an eye on her husbands trial. She might not have been a position to watch it unfold and there's a very real chance she just wouldn't want to see the man she loves, and who she dragged into this life, be put through that especially with Artemis watching.

Plus even if she has been following the trial knowing that Jade is a cooperating witness doesn't mean knowing where or how she is plus she's kinds racked with guilt about how she treated her so it might help ease her mind a little. It might be worth just specifying that Talia has a photo even if we don't show it yet.

Infiltration is a no. Between "learning acting" and "learning to glean information" and the actions that derive from those prerequisites, there are too many similar actions that more or less cover the same niche. Escape artistry is a maybe as I'm hesitant to give it when there are already paths to similar stuff but I can see the current paths being a bit obstruse so I might make it more direct and obvious for you.

Sure I can answer how the ones you listed would impact her.

Memetic Me: Memetic Me is likely to make Cassandra more in tune with trends of the time. She's going to be keeping a lot more of a pulse on what's in and out and general trends in human behavior. This'll likely come with an increase in confidence (or at least Cassandra acting like she's confident) and Cassandra being more fixated on her image in the eyes of the public. The colder side of the effect this trait is that Cassandra is liable to think of the behavior of masses of people as more or less operating on a mix of pathology and memetic theory, where the crowd is dictated by what ideas and beliefs infect them. As such she's going to be a lot more focused on instilling behaviors and ideas into people. It makes her more liable to want to and to be able to cultivate a cult of personality around herself
Bodies in Motion: While she's still a child Cassandra won't be affected too much by this. The main effect it'll have on her is that she'll be more aware of any of her peers that develop crushes on her while also potentially stunting her own sexuality as she gets to see exactly how the sausage gets made and is likely to cause her to view attraction as either a weapon or a transaction between humans. As she gets older Cassandra's awareness of this stuff will allow her to play the femme fatale better and she's more likely to tailor her appearance to allow her that edge. She'd still inwardly largely keep similar feelings to childhood but embrace playing into the role for any advantages it might get her.
Body Horror: Body Horror actually likely won't have too much of an effect on her personality. Broadly speaking Cassandra will likely no longer be intimidated by gore, actual bio horror, or the uncanny valley. In addition she'll get more capable of freaking people out. The big thing though is that Cassandra in combat is prone to adopt more Batman-esque tactics, striking and disorienting her opponent to maximize fear and confusion before taking them down. Cassandra can already do a solid terminator impression, this just lets her lean into it by deliberately amping up the fear in her targets and play to the crowd as a horror movie monster if necessary.
Monkey See, Monkey Better than You: This is likely going to amp up Cassandra's arrogance and confidence a fair bit as her assurance in her own capabilities will spike. It's also liable to make Cassandra more likely to start watching people for skills/motions she'd like to have. As is Cassandra is unlikely to go watch pro skateboarders or master chefs at work or musical prodigies playing an instrument, but with this trait Cassandra would be a lot more interested in watching this as she could essentially take their skills for herself by observing them. This in turn would probably lead to Cassandra just being weirdly talented and accomplished at a wide variety of things because it costs her very little to gain those capabilities for herself.
?????: I can't talk too much on this trait but I will say that broadly speaking it has no effect on Cassandra's personality as of this moment until she is sufficiently pushed to desperation/determination

I think that's sufficient enough to give you a sense of how these traits might affect personality. What I'm listing above are by no means "locks" or "guarantees" just what I currently view as the "most likely path in isolation" which might not be accurate to how things actually play out.

Edit: It's a minor thing but with the "Monkey See, Monkey Better than You" trait Cassandra might start religiously watching sports/athletic competitions/the Olympics so she could perfectly copy the skills/motions displayed and be at the peak in every relevant field.

Thats a possibility, and an unlikely one, which is a lot to gamble on. ultimately being back in Jades life isn't necessarily on the table so if this is going to work, I need Paula to do this without using Jade or info on Jade as collateral. She's the one backed in a corner with her whole world about to go up in flames. If Talia can't convince her of that without jade, then there is little hope of things working out long-term. I want Talia and Elaine having as little on them that implicates Lexcorp in as few ways as possible, so the pictures of a publicly acknowledged as our ward jade crock is a no go.

So with contortionist, her new ability to escape restraints would probably heighten her awareness of the less physical restraints keeping her from doing what she wants and lead to a slightly elevated progression in the rate at which her desire for freedom and autonomy grows.
