Is Realization a Norse only thing? If so, I wonder if Nordic Armour could use that as the basis for how Nordic Armour would grow with someone and provide them strength. I don't actually think Realization is a Norse only thing, though...
Also, I imagine Halla's seidr must've been very confusing for GabrielQuest, since Halla was able to momentarily open his Gate and manipulate Zeal to heal him.

Hey Halla,
Do you sense any 'spirit' in Gabriel's Armor when he isn't wearing it, like most other Norse things?
Could you describe in more detail how Seidr works, and the differences when you used it to heal Gabriel compared to someone else?
Ever since you infused your Wordplay with Odr, did your poetry feel any different? Or your tendency to conduct poetry, wordplay, etc.
Do you know what's the 'standard' definition of a Berserk, aside from Frenzy? Their reputation and all.

I was thinking about how Gabriel's love was always doomed, since he can't wed a heathen and neither he nor Halla would be willing to convert. But actually, come to think about it, he's actually stuck in a textbook courtly love situation 
His lady love is barred to him by the laws of honor and propriety, and he shall have to prove his devotion and noblesse through great deeds of honor and bravery! In this way he will sublime his romantic and sexual attraction into true and pure love, until such time as the lady decides he is worthy of her love (which may never happen).
Of course it's a bit complicated in Gabriel's case since the troubadours haven't really thought of the case where the lady in question is more than able to kick ass on her own, thank you very much. But he'll figure it out!

That's actually not clear at all. There don't seem to be women Chivalric Cultivators, but the other three varieties of Feudal Cultivators all probably have a number of women. And we've thus far met exactly one non-Chivalric Feudal Cultivator so our knowledge of them is pretty limited.

One of the "we really should try" ideas I have floating around is weaving parts of the aspects of different people.

No hard mechanics have been shown, just an awareness of debt. Not paying one's debts has been pretty directly stated to be nid, though.

Uh, what? That seems wildly risky. I'd rather not start nalbinding ours and Abjorn's Aspects without thorough research... or not do it at all.
As for weaving a weapon's and human's aspects together... well, I don't really think it'd be that simple, but it might be apart of the puzzle? I was thinking using runes or seidr - possibly both - to repurpose a Realized armour's ability to grow from incorporating other metals and instead grow alongside a user. I think it's worth pursuing, granted we should show some caution.
Yeah, nalbinding (permanent combination) only after extensive testing with weaving (non-permanent combination, unravels once not actively held together anymore).

Maybe something that includes a piece of amber with a bug stuck in it? Or maybe instead of stuff that is similar to how standstill is we need stuff to fight against to improve, like how you need heavier weights to get stronger.
Probably one of my favourites in the Quest so far, certainly out of our recent battles. (Which is not to say I didn't like Hooknails/Steinarr either.) It felt like we were very evenly matched and things could have easily gone either way, with the ending there being really dramatic.
Recently? Think it's gotta be when we discovered the Flame-Tending Blade for me.
Less recently? IDK, that's harder to say. Odin showing up would be up there for sure, also the Threaded Elephant.
This would be useful if we're fighting someone like Hooknails again, as we could use Kindle-Spinners or so on to eat away at his Spear Guard. Then again, that sort of attritional strategy probably requires us to spend a round or more hitting it with lots of small fire attacks; Gabriel was not able to actually destroy our Atgeir/Sword guards even after spending the first half of a round hitting them with flame attacks. In the same amount of time, we could just cut through a sword/spear guard with a few stronger attacks, and spend less time vulnerable to counterattack ourselves.
Obviously there's other applications here, and something to be said for upgrading it as Ignition is one of our core abilities, but... I think these speak to me the most.

I'm curious what "Upgrades Sword Hugareida" actually means. Do the Tricks become better versions of themselves? Does it just gain a bunch of ranks? Does it become a Style somehow???

Note that we have Fireside Barrage as a Trick that would very specifically synchronize well with this (as would Heated Shroud, actually...with anti-magic, that might well just cause such projections to dissolve without us doing much), and that some people have varying degrees of magic force fields (Father Gerrit had one and Reinforce Shield is pretty much that to some degree), which this would obviously be great against.
Not that I'm trying to convince you to change your vote (I voted for armor myself), just noting that I really do think this would be useful if we took it.
That's just the terminology used for increasing the Hugareida's level by 1. So we'd get Sword II...which is good mind you, but straightforward.

Because if it's just a rank-up we can get by levelling it, then it's obviously the worst choice, like, all the others have opportunity cost and unlock something special. But that's actually so much worse that it kinda makes me doubt that's the case, although I could of course be wrong/have missed something where this was explained.

Well then yeah, it feels like it's gotta be the armour by a country mile, this is not really a choice TBH
Barring Campfire and Clearwater, we can't level up Hugareida through dice I think? Only through muna can we get higher levels of huugareida.
