Would you turn that luxurious hair meeting into a [ ] Recite poetry to the felag (Hugr (Wordplay)) ?

It's awful tempting, but like 5 people have voted for the plan already, so changing it at this point feels rude.
Its 2.
But: Approval voting to the rescue.

[X] Plan Raid The Town

I think Halla could definitely take down a Squire as she is - Imperial did mention that Halla is crazy strong for her age, and we did beat Gabriel when we were waaaaaaaaaaay weaker than we are right now. However, I still think raiding a Manor, which is guaranteed to have a Knight - which in turn, means there's a good chance of there being Squires - might be a little too ambitious, especially when you consider the fact we have no idea what the capabilities of our fellow felagi are save Abjorn. I don't doubt that they're strong... but strong enough to take on a Knightly Manor? I dunno, and I'd rather not risk it.

I'm cool with it. I just want to raid the manor, and yours looked like a coherent plan that involved raiding the manor.

I also note that reward dice spent into reinforce this turn are reasonably likely to turn into hamingja at two-to-one.

which in turn, means there's a good chance of there being Squires
There might be a squire. I doubt there's going to be more than one.

A Knightly Manor is where one, maybe two or three Knights live + their Squires and mortal servants. A Castle, on the other hand, is where Orders hang out.

It would be nice if the town had a Knight in it, though. I think Halla and the felag could take a single Knight down.

If we are gonna assume that there is a good risk of three knights + their squires at the manor...
[X] Plan Raid The Town
I'm not sure about "good risk", but it's at least at the "very real possibility" level... and that's plenty for me to decide that discretion may be in order.

We can come back and hit noble manors in some later year.

Been thinking about it for a bit - I wonder what Tricks something like Leverage would have? The only one that I can think of off the top of my head is something that'd let Abjorn hurl bigass shit at people. I wonder if he'd also be able to make himself heavy, which would most likely give him a defence buff if he was able to do so.

Also, I'm calling it that Barki Bertholdsson is a Viking Zenitsu or something similar. He's gonna pull out a dozen threefold attacks or something...

"I asked dad and he said that it was stupid and useless, that I'd best forget about it."

Your scowl deepens, for far different reasons. "Well that's bullshit. What've you got?"

He swallows, cheeks reddening. Is he embarrassed about this? You want to laugh, but... but that would just be cruel. "I, um, I-I think it's called 'Leverage', or something?"
Leverage. Leverage being described as "useless".

I can hear the ghost of Archimedes' indignant cries.

Maybe chopping attacks?

Wrestling is all Leverage. I bet Abjorn can get a Trick to snap people in half (even more than he could already), or restrain them very thoroughly. How hard you hit with a sword or other melee weapon is also largely a matter of leverage (at least if swinging it). Honestly, anything that falls under 'ridiculous super-strength' can probably fall under a Leverage Hugareida.

Abjorn's dad is just shitty at hugareida and the sort of person who says everything they aren't personally good at is worthless.

That's a good point. Abjorn could become (even more) terrifying if he learns to use Leverage properly.

And yeah, Abjorn's dad seems like an asshole. I'm surprised that Steinarr is friends with him.
