The Whispers of Life:
[]Spend time with your Mother: Mother was unhappy with the state of affairs. "I try to leave politics once, and it drags me back in. I want you to learn from my mistakes." Rolled:
D100 + 10 => 28
Your mother was quiet, it was almost incredible the amount of grief she had in her eyes as she looked at you, and then she just…
Went away inside. Reliving something that she tried to hide, forever.
Something that terrified her enough to not share it with you.
Failure.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[]The Grey Ghost's Continued Silence: Grey Ghost seems to trust your presence and so do you. That being said, you realize he is still a very wild dragon. And you need to learn some more… boundaries. And what his favorite fish is. Rolled:
D100 + 10 => 98
As it turns out, he likes sea tuna and salmon that migrate up the Blackwater rush for nesting and populating. Though that would not be too surprising, of course. However, he liked his fish smoked, and using a large, unfinished house as his smoking rack, he quickly made it his lair, and with your assistance, placed hundreds of fish hanging on the skeleton of the house.
It turned into an impromptu smoker, with the fish being smoked and dried by the sun and the smoke of the Dragonbreath.
And Grey Ghost, in its… infinite, or perhaps not caring wisdom, did not mind a few fish being taken, when he slept. Only that no one ever tried.
Meaning he had lots of fish, smoked and ready for him to eat.
The owner who had abandoned the site had told you that "As long as there are Dragons here, my smokehouse will never be completed."
Baelon had given the man compensation, but that didn't make you feel any better.
Reward: The Grey Ghost is happy with the new arrangements and the smokehouse he has claimed.
The rest of Dragonstone is even enamored at how domesticated the Dragon seems to be.
Though all fear it, they also learned its boundaries and keep a distance, and not stare at him for too long. Some even think to treat it like a dog.
They have not been killed, but many have been scared off. The Grey Ghost was restrained by his master.
Another note: The Grey Ghost now listens to you… most of the time and only ever in High Valyrian.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[]The Princess of the Dragonglass: On the beach near the harbor, on a nice sandy patch, there are Dragonglass arrowheads to be found, from the first settlers of the Island of Dragonstone. And sometimes you go look for some, to be sold to a fisherman going arrow fishing. That was where you meet the Realms Delight. Rolled:
D100 + 10 => 109
You saw her with a dragon. That was the unusual thing about the girl that saw at the beach. You didn't really like looking for Dragonglass arrowheads, most of the rocks that could be broken were easier to find on the slope of the mountain, far away from the beach.
However, there was always some collector, usually from the East of the South, the Reach, who come not only to pay homage to Prince Baelon but also to bring back some kind of souvenir. There was an entire industry of scamming the southerners and foreigners that came down to the island. Children getting paid a fortune to be led through the Dragonstone slopes and shore, looking for carefully placed and used arrowheads that could be sold for profit.
Those foreigners think they have a piece of when the Vaylrian history from when the first settlers came from Valyria 2000 years ago. 10 Dragons for an 'Authentic' Dragonglass Arrowhead from settlements beginning.
Some wanted to see the dragons and paid the Prince more than a thousand dragons for the privilege, though that practice has lessened since Baelon became Prince of Dragonstone. Too many tourists scared the dragons, and then it would get messy. A few idiots even got roasted alive, when they were stupid enough to try and scamper off and try to find one of the wild dragons.
Cannibal usually killed them, but a few even got killed by Sheepstealer. So the Prince stopped that.
Despite the huge market to make so much money from rich merchants that want to see dragons.
You wondered if Corlys Valyreon did that with his wife's dragon to make a profit?
But back to the girl with the dragon, she was sitting with the dragon, watching the sea, with the smoke puffing and steaming above her, giving her an image as if she was having the sunny day ruined
You walked over to her, and the dragon moved in a protective stance, while the girl moved her head to face you. Recognition fell onto her face, as she realized you were the same boy who met her father.
The same boy that had a dragon. She said something, whispered that you could not hear, and the dragon quietly walked towards the water and laid them. She smelled, no, wreaked of Dragon.
You gave a nod, a small bow of your head as she said. "Hello?"
You nodded and gave a smile, before signing. "Hello."
She did not understand, but instead, she looked at you rather confused. "What are you doing? Can you not talk?"
You could, but you couldn't… wouldn't. There were words that could not be said or understood, with just simple words.
You nodded, and she realized that you couldn't… or wouldn't. "Oh, you're like a dumb person? A Fool?"
You frowned. You were not a fool. Words had power, and words were wind. The silence was sometimes the best thing to happen. Because no one could not turn words against you. There was a moment when she seemed to not understand.
So you took a chance, to hope that nothing else could hear you. "No."
The words shocked her, and she quietly read you. She then put her hands on her hips. "Why didn't you talk earlier?"
You shook your head and pointed to her dragon. She took a moment to look at the dragon and felt many things. Then she realized the fear you had. "You… are afraid of Syrax?"
You nodded.
The girl took a moment to think before she grabbed your hand. "Come on." She dragged you across the beach and towards her dragon, which was watching the scene with its golden eyes. "Touch him." She pestered as she patted the scales of the Dragon.
The dragon was pampered, its scales clean, cared for, and was without scars or battle wounds that had shown it struggled to survive, like Grey Ghost. It was also docile… it appreciated being petted by its rider, and she smiled. "Come on."
You touched it, and it recognized you were scared and leaned a little closer, to allow your hand to touch. "You… your the boy that rides a dragon here?" She asked.
You nodded.
Realization finally hit her. "I see. You're afraid." She smiled and continued to pet the dragon. "Don't be. It may not be like a man or a woman, but it has feelings too. Treat it well, they will treat you well. That's what my grandfather says. They may be beasts of great power… but they feel. And when they feel, and remember, they will forever."
You did not say anything else, but you did remember the Realm's Delight. She was wise and full of wisdom.
And she understood dragons, better than anyone else you knew.
Reward: You have met Rhaenyra Targaryen. She is highly knowledgeable of dragons and how to handle them, even at a young age.
She thinks that you are strange, and utterly convinced you are hiding something.

-------------------------------------
You have been summoned to court by the Old King. You will bring your dragon, and you will come immediately.
Who do you bring? (Note they have not been summoned, and while they may accept one parent accompanying you as a chaperone, they will not like you bringing both, as the Old King does not wish to have meetings going on for a long time, and Visanya's reputation at Dragonstone has been a rumor since your taming of Grey Ghost.)
[]Bring your Father: Your Father has always had a knack for reading situations, and he is the strongest man you have ever known. Let him come. Perhaps the Red Keep needs to see a true captain again. He also will never let you leave his side. (If not chosen, he will be sailing east, to Pentos.)

[]With the Prince's Retinue: The Prince will be taking you and your family to the capital. He needs to make a show of this new… scenario.
