Let it gather dust until we are done with Waystone. The entire purpose of WebMat was to help us do what you are saying we should now be buying with CF. Kinda waste of institution if we do that.
Its not like the artefacts will grow leg and walk away.

We are definitively "getting on with it" this turn whether we recruit more or not. Thanks to Boney's distinctly unsubtle hints on top of existing thread consensus, there are literally zero (0) plans without the Foundations action. It's just a question of whether or not we're sliding a couple final recruits in under the wire.
