Work it out with the command staff first, is my initial thinking.

Scouting and hunting and ranging is a waste of our time, to my mind. Certainly while things are safe.
As Joerg said, the Demigryphs can range ahead comfortably.

Like other said let's work out the command chain and figure out the personnality of the new leaders while there is not much danger.

Our top priority should be getting to know the leadership of the trip. (edit: and getting Asarnil up to speed)

Also, I'm very happy we got that deal with the Kurgan, this expedition is set for a one-way trip and I think Borek is counting on it.

It is important to meet with the people we will need to coordinate with during a crisis. Better to identify/work out any issues now and not later.

Okay, here's my logic. Gotrek is pure fannishness; I want to see BoneyM's interpretation of who he was before he became what he is in canon. The same raw potential should be there.

It seems respectful to check in on our two magisters; van Horstmann and Solmann.

We're supposed to be commanding Deathfang; best get to know him.

I think people should not be choosing Deathfang without Asarnil. Given how high-falutin and arrogant that elf is, he'd probably be annoyed that we brushed past him to talk to his partner.

Foraging is just like growing plants, right? Except that someone else has already done the hard part of growing the plants already.

Why, this is just like back home with Panoramia then. Mathilde is so ready for this you won't even see it coming!
