He'll also see an awkward Falcone being harmless in the corner before Lex shows up and engage in small talk like a regular person. Also, are we sure he will be on film? It sounds like the cameras will miss him as he hides in the corner like this is a school dance.

Why Lucius Fox is so popular? We have high ranking politicians, businesspersons, criminals there. Why not go for them instead of trying to steal one of Wayne's most loyal man? We rolled really high to get unusual guests... Let's try talking with them, not a guy who would probably be there anyway
 
Well it depends on which Lucias Fox it is, but at the moment, Bruce just got back and hasn't had a chance to cement his relationship. Having the man behind the batmobile and lots of bat tech can be advantageous to us, and slow down Bruce.
 
We really shouldn't have Luthor and Isley dance with one another, as not only is it a waste of two actions that could be used for other things, but it will most likely also reinforce in Ivo's mind the idea that we only picked Isley for her beauty and it could tank our cooperation score with him.

1) Ivo isn't here and is highly unlikely to seek information about this event. He sits in his lab 24/7
2) Even if he will know...Is it important? He won't start respecting Pamela anytime soon anyway. And why would Ivo care much if Luthor (in Ivo's mind) got himself a plaything?
3) It is not a waste of an action. It is building relationships with Pamela. And I don't mean romantic.
4) It is also a chance to be in a spotlight and increase Pamela's fame in Gotham. She may be our woman there later
5) Lex and Pamela must outshine Wayne and whoever he brought with him. It is personal
6) Last but not least. It is an interesting scene to read

I don't think its a good idea to dance with Pamela. It takes 2 actions, may give her the wrong idea (she is a woman recently and dreadfully wronged by a man she was in a dating relationship with and who had power over her both professionally and via chemicals), and (with the press around and gossip mongers) may put a target on her head for the next League of Shadows attempt. After all, if you can't get the man, go after his love interest. And, while she has armor, she has a low Martial.

I say we speak with Dagget and Boyle as a possible way of getting a foot into Mr. Freeze pre-incident.

Also, not a bad idea to get a stunt woman/thrill seeker and pentacle dress screams introduction to magic.​
