Huh, thought it was

Well hopes Questeos RL problems soon stop and Questors muse soon does...Whatever muses do, I don't know I'm not an artist

Omake: Fallout: Garrick's Dream Journal

City, People, Flash, Fire, Death.

I was overlooking a large city from a balcony. It was a sunny day with a pleasant wind and I felt in a good mood as I took in a lungful of fresh air. Many people of multitude of races were moving below in a blur as tall towers of steel and glass towered over them. I remember being filled with great pride as I was taking the sight in.

When then, there was a flash in a distance. A blinding light that overshined the Sun itself. I felt a rumble that shook me to my bones. I saw scorched earth with a black noxious cloud rising above it. People were running in every direction, screaming, the once bustling streets were now in disarray.

But I could only keep watching as the wall of flame kept coming closer. As the fire washed over me and in an impossibly long instant striped my feathers, my skin, my bones from my body.

And I woke up in my bed panting and sweaty and safe,
safe, home, next to my wife and it was just a dream and everything would be alright, it would be alright. And yet, I only had one tearful, confused question impressed on my mind, so strongly that a whisper of it passed through my beak.

"Why?"

I read the story some time ago, but just a few days ago I got this idea so here it is. It's my second omake ever so feel free to point out mistakes.

Here's to hope Questor returns to write this wonderful story.

This is the parent omake: Omake: Fallout: New Gryphus
This video helped make the omake: What if we nuke a city?

I thought that if you write an omake or something else that "contributes to the discussion" then it is allowed.
There's no discussion to be contributed to if the last update was 2.5 years ago, sadly.

This was a good (if somewhat easy) quest, but it's been dead for quite some time.
It has been years since the author has last been seen on the site, is he dead? Edit: Ninja's ^.
He had another Quest on space battles last I checked , no idea if it's still in progress

Well, if someone desires they could continue the story in his place unofficially.

Still sucks he vanished

Yeah, this was one of the first quests that really got me into this form of Media. Also, very interesting take on the world of MLP.

They would have to do entire notes of Lore here if they want to continue like there's so much from the canon omakes and quest that it would take forever also they would have to find a way with that nat 100 for events
Well, take what's available and make fresh notes.

I do the same for a lot of dnd campaigns in settings whose lore ain't too fleshed out. It's a lot of prep work but plenty doable

If, and that's a big if, I were to do something in this setting... It would probably be some kind of army commander game where the players manage their forces, commanders, and objectives.

But hey, my impulse control is nonexistent so who knows? I can be convinced.

Honestly I would really like if someone did take the quest up (and hopefully including our nat 100 random event there). Kind of worried that whoever did pick it up wouldn't be able to follow close enough for Questor's style tho.
That's the thing, if it's picked up it probably won't be in his style but at least the story would continue
