Mechanically Sombra would likely just destroy the Griffonian Empire-title instead of keeping it for himself. He has am Empire title of his own after all
Well i think he is weaker here, this is just after the fall of discord, so i think he is just coming into his power.
I dunno, I feel that having Griffonia as a name for an Empire also consisting of two minorities would start becoming a tiny bit speciest

Griffonia was the name of our Kingdom the Empire is called the Empire of Gryphus because that is what the entire area is known as. Our Capital is called Gryphus Peak for a reason.

While this video is indeed relevant for us in many situations, our enemies are forcing us to go through year-long winters, with likely the ability to survive that same winter themselves.
We cannot just hold down the fort, the snow will just end up piling up until the crystal ponies can simply march up the snow to scale our walls, if they won't just let the snow to kill us by piling it up until the roof crashes down or we freeze to death.
The enemy has no issue about morale either.

I was hoping to get mirror's approval first, but I'm not so sure. I've finished writing up the Actions not requiring rolls, and I'd like to finish those up promptly. If we don't get a response soon, I'll make a decision on the Omake distribution based on how the rolls turn out.

You know I have been thinking on what do we do to the crystal empire if we defeat sombra they were more or less there own government we could annex them but that might not be a good idea and possibly might start tensions I feel like it might be better if we turn the empire into a vassal state or into a protectorate.
