Prob not, because somehow, the price for any item exactly matched the money she had, which mechanically is about 5 budget.

Nah, she was interested but had a feeling everything in the store is cursed, so wanted someone with magic along to make sure
 
Jesus if this isn't a trap then we need to get usagi's funds fixed asap having even that one book could improve all the senshi.

Luna is also mentally compromised somewhat, and kind of out of her element on present day Earth.
Presumably there are also ways to hide magic as well.

A) it's obviously a trap. Even ignoring how suspicious it is, Naru found it.
B) If we really need a tutor for out of senshi magic, Rei is capable of using it even before finding out she's a sailor senshi
C) we don't need magic outside of transformation.

Of course, that's not to say we shouldn't spring the trap, and a trap doesn't neccesarily mean dark kingdom even at this point in the story. The shop could sell items with unknown side effects / curses, or maybe be a normal scam, or whatever, but it's not likely to be a trap for Sailor Moon, which, when combined with the help of an actual expert in Luna, is to say we'll probably be fine

And if that is the case, well, it would be interesting, since between the fall of the moon kingdom and modern-day, the mages developed techniques which could hide themselves from a (Edit: Moon Kingdom) intrigue specialist. Or it could simply be that either she was using a very simple technique while not recalling potential flaws, or luna simply overlooked something because while she may be knowledgeable, she is out of her depth. Which means it is also entirely possible that the spell simply didn't work because of something she didn't expect, or even know could happen. 🤷‍♂️

Oh, it seems that there is currently a tie between 'Spot On' and Three 2s.

As well as a tie between 'What is the simplest spell that you know' and 'Are there other magical artifacts?'

I need someone to break the ties.

Alright, I can start working on those sections of the update.

Lets see.

Can I get a d10 +1 +2 for Dice
Then can I get a 3 separate d10 +7 rolls for Artifact 1, Artifact 2, Artifact 3
And following that, can I get a d10 +10 roll for ???
