The Wang clan has the highest number of Moderate followers that we know of, with an even split between pro- Weilu and Imperial and just 10% considered Imperial Conservatives and no Weilu ones. So within their domain there's not really many conservatives of either stripe to be offended, especially with the Wang's ambition being to blend Weilu and Imperial practices. And I don't really think Wang Chao is going to be his clan's emissary to the other regions.
