I mean Blademaster Training and Librarian Training just feels like a no brainer.
We know that we can Boost a trait if we can duplicate it.
Techmarines for the "Crucible Thrones" (HMMMM) seems like a good idea if they are what I think they are.

I think Fortification is still needed even if traits scream "not fucking needed" actually, if we have Fortification, I imagine some Steel Champion level of Warp fuckery.

Well RL a crucible is a container in which metals or other substances may be melted or subjected to very high temperatures usually used in smelting and metallurgical processes.
If I had to make a guess going off the etymology they could be ether making lesser thrones to take some weight of the emperor or are responsible for researching and manufacturing parts for the golden throne.
