I think it could be Whisper, Sonic, Snivley, or someone else entirely. Eggman made a lot of enemies during his time, although the "decision" made me wonder if it was our decision to not recruit Snivley.
Pick a king honestly. We're destined to clash against Max, Goji, Satan... and the rest of them. The specificity pf the emperor makes me think Max though.
This was already a bit of a theory of ours, but it's good to have confirmation. We might need to seriously consider trying to capture the ARK.
... This is why I didn't want to ask about the future. The future is what we make of it. All we got was vague hints at enemy movements.

With all the villians around, I'm surprised the population has a chance to increase at all. Especially with the House of the Dead.

On the other hand the QM's have mentioend the prince has his scientist on overwork after we revealed ourselves and pulled that little stunt for the Darcsen.
He will probably have them on rotating shifts 24/7 right now.

Wonder if Eggman could just make a telescope and scoop at the moon to see if there is aanything there right now.
Also looks like we are going to get some trouble for Goji adventure, but well, nothing we cannot overcome.

Whisper and Snively (AKA Colin Kintober Jr) are going to be exacting vengeance on us. Whisper already had her shot...and I have no clue if the PAIN inflicted by those shots would be satisfactory for her.
SNIVELY though...he's dangerous. Keeping him close and some critical successes MIGHT have been enough to keep him content...
As figures of authority opposing us? Yeah...there are a LOT to counter....SO MANY....
As for the Moon? There are a LOT of threats on the moon, so I've been told....We NEED the Space Colony Ark. We NEED that laser!

Also the guy funded and lead a global resistence force against Dr. Eggman after he crush every slignle army in the world and conquer all it's nations in open combat. With a little help of the Phantom Ruby.
As for the tarot, I belive it was Snively and the figure of authoety is probably Max but I don't think rigid thinking work with him, he's helluva pragmatical and willing to change tactics as long it work.
Maybe it's that ESP King in the coast of Green Hills that want to mind control the world in submission.

Well, we were considering sending ourselves our newly hired pirate, hunter, and rusty

Oh, those guys are pretty good as well but if we're sending Rusty, we're gonna have to give her some upgrades but I was considering putting our favorite bounty hunt on this job. She can take her ship for adventures and bringing in badniks as well on her ship.
