Eggman, after freeing and helping the Darcsens: "I did this with a fraction of the forces you have while ALSO having to deal with a bloodthirsty Zavoc and rebuilding Metal Sonic after the Empire thrashed him. But I'm used to rebuilding. Coming back better than ever! They are MY citizens now. They are HAPPY and GRATEFUL, just like YOU should be for having the opportunity to bask in my presence!"

"Father? Why are you talking to yourself?"

"Ahem. Yes, well. I was drafting my speech for when we reach out to the Restoration. It's a work in progress... Bah! Belle is better at dealing with people anyways. Let her handle this. I have other, more important matters to attend to."

    Isara Gunther had been curious about her, hm, 'new boss' would be the way to describe it she supposed. Her fellow Engineer, for as great a distance apart as their skills comparatively were they still were both Engineers, had been a curious figure in her mind. Especially as she had felt a bit of kinship with the older, eggshaped man known as Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik.

    Both had been inspired by an older male family member to go down their paths. Herself with her late father Theimer, who was unfortunately taken away from her at an early age. While Eggman was inspired by his Grandfather, a Gerald Robotnik whom, from what she had been told, was a Genius beyond his time that had apparently gone mad with grief when his grandaughter, one Maria Robotnik, had been for some unknown reason murdered by a government organization known as G.U.N.

    She could feel her heart go out to the man who she had never met. She didn't know what she'd do if her brother had been killed for seemingly not a single reason other than being at the wrong place by the Empire.

    This was why she was now face to 'face' with the one person who she thought was her best answer for the kind of man Eggman was, what he had done, and what she was getting into. Staring at the glass screen in front of her and the little person in it, a girl with one visible red eye, the other 'covered' with hair and in a black dress, the red highlights in her hair and her red eye occassionally flickering to blue and her black dress flickering to white as she gives her a smile. This was Sage, a, from what she was told, 'Artificial Intelligence', something, no, someone who was a being made purely of "computer code" and "data."

    All terms she had never heard of before. She had tried to get an explanation from the Doctor a few days ago, and this was what had driven her to start actually trying to learn about the man and his past exploits more, and she could hardly make any heads or tails of it. Far as she was concerned, this was practically magic! Which had made the Doctor laugh as he assured her that this was simply just the works of technological genius and if she wanted to see true magic, she should go talk to the new recruit called Piastol. Isara made a mental note to study the notes from Eggman some more about the mind boggling technology the man had so graciously jolted a quick summary of down for her.

    "You wish to learn more about Father?" Sage asks, curiosity and excitement in her voice and face. And that was perhaps the oddest thing about the girl she was speaking to. That not only had she taken to calling the man who made her her Father, but that the same man accepted and returned it, considering the girl on the screen a daughter of his own. It makes her wonder in the back of the head about the Edelweiss and her relationship with it.

    "Yes, I would like to very much. I'd like to see the kind of man I am working for given the circumstances I have found myself in." Isara clarifies, while internally noting even if she doesn't like what she will find, as she has something of an idea of the kind of man her new Boss was after he had as casually recruited her as he was going to ruthlessly kill her. Still, he also saved her from the Emperial "Work" Camps and that alone had been worth some loyalty.

    "Wonderful!" The little girl cried in joy as a bunch of different things suddenly started appearing on the screen besides her as if by magic. "What should I start with first? Father's first proper invention in the Eggmobile? Oh or about his first encounter with Sonic The Hedgehog? There is also the time with Chaos and The Ark, and that one incident with Dark Gaia!"

    Isara, taken aback, listened as Sage kept listing numerous things with more and more pictures appeared before she managed to speak up.

    "How about we start from his inventions and then go from there?" She asks, as the part of her that was an Engineer really wanted to see what other amazing things the Doctor had invented. And from the look she received from the young looking girl as if today had become the best day ever, she was prompted to read what was on the screen and to see the blueprints of so many other inventions of one Dr. Ivo Robotnik, along with a long and storied history of the clash between Nature and Machine, Hedgehog and Man, and the many things her Rescuer had gotten up to in his life.

    And needless to say, Isara had found herself both horrified and, much to her shock, in absolute awe of what one man managed to do and what he had not only discovered, but also created.

    From unleashing unspeakable evils, and creating machines that could control and harness the power of God Like Beings. Of threatening to destroy cities and breaking the moon, to being able to make an army of purely machines, an air force never before seen and so entirely superior to what her world had, and a Navy which put any and all to shame. For every heinous crime she had seen the man been part of(and those poor animals that had apparently used to been used as batteries, her brother would certainly disapprove if he were to ever learn of it), the Doctor had come with at least half a dozen technological marvels that any single one would match, if not put to complete shame, the brightest minds of the Empire! And all of it was being told and talked about with a childlike innocence and love that a child held for their father.

    Isara would spend most of the day with Sage as she learned more and more about her Rescuer. And when she came out of it, she recalled a conversation she had with Stone when she had first arrived and had to agree with the man. Eggman was a Great Man.

    For only someone Great could do half the things he had done.

    He in other words a veteran when universes clash togheter and he's also under time limit.

    He's not going to wait forever for Eggman if he even is the one that actually put the data on Starline presentation

    Remeber someone break into Eggman's base and personally put Majima information on Starline computer.

    Nepthys is a bit complex in her view either everybody is part of his Empire or all die in his desperation to conquer the world.

    So she join to keep his bloodshed to a minum however at the same time understand that resistence to his rule is very much natural and that would create just as much bloodshed as well while she can't allow him to do whatever he pleases too.

    So she gather some her friends and tell them her plan to create a balance to lock the forces of the Eggman Empire in a eternal stalemate with the freedom figheters but keep in a controlled manner.

    So the freedom fighters see limited suscess but not so much to attract the attention of the doctor and not famous enough to attract the attention of Sonic.

    While Eggman gets to conquer people but that region is too unstable to be the site of more his dangerous plans that tend to backfire with the detriment of everybpdy else around so he at the same time don't expect much of her while destroying stuff that harms the enviroment and the people around it in significant ways but never enough to bring his full attention and replaces her.

    We don't know for sure if Post-SGW!Eggman was aware of Nephtys plan or not but thd little time it was show in the spotlight never give any intention of such but Maw certanly was at least suspicious of her.
     
    Jesus Christ it was difficult to make that Omake, trying to write Isara, trying to make it so it's actually believable she'd, for one reason or another, be more 'loyal' to him from this. Without discounting how she's a genuinely good person who is working for an undeniably horrible human being. Especially when she's basically being flooded by his 'best hits' in his recent history.

    The Conflict for the girl is Real. And it is painful.

    A Great man is not necessarily a good one...but it doesn't mean they are bad either.

    Eggman is absolutely a great man...anything beyond that remains to be seen.

    Are you counting Bell's new trait from recruiting Pistoal as well?

    Personally I'm half inclined to just send Belle considering what her dice are like. Besides the girl would like it.

    I would not caló Majima a veteran for this, he has experience with crossover StuffIt true, but not at the scale or impact of the Shaterring.

    Dont expect Majima to bring way vital things/info from Project X Zone, thats more for him being more usted to this as well as having meet a few character s you might or might not encounter
     
    Plus they be expecting an negotiator like Canaan not a kind hearted diplomat like Belle.

    Will definitely throw them off their game though we probably can't go overboard with any terms with her.

    Now that I am free from Omake Hell and can speak.

    I would expect The Restoration's DC to increase on an Alliance now that the Black Arms have been temporarily dealt with.
