You also don't have to recruit more heroes. You guys do have a lot of heroes already considering you're not even out of turn 3 yet, who knows maybe you can take a heart action besides that. Like reaching out to a pirate, or the restoration, or maybe even a secret third thing you'll find out on turn 4!
...Honestly yeah we have so many heroes at this point I'd be fine with waiting on more until we've cleared some of the drives out.

OK, musical reference aside I feel like either recruiting goro or neph is a good move and after that on turn five will try to form an alliance with the restoration

We have someone equal to Majima already so he isn't really necessary...and I don't think breaking one of our minions out would really help make an allaiance.
If we are going to make the attempt we should do that first, if it works out we'll be able to get both of them without spending an action.

@Kingster if we do succeed with making an alliance with the restoration, is it possible to get our favorite vulture from them as a negotiation thing? And Thunderbolt as well?
