Prince Aladdin Quest (Disney Villains *Almost* Victorious)

I am curious though. The send diplomats east action had four levels of success.

So we clearly nailed all of them, but we seem to have gotten these three things.
Hero Found!
Will Turner in residence in Abbwa.
Does not know Arabic!
Serious communication issues!
If taken on adventure will apply only half stats.
Options Unlocked

Salt Lake found!
Options unlocked!

Prospective Trade Agreement with Xiang-Wu!
Options unlocked!

I'm assuming the lowest tier would be just knowledge of what's in the area, next would be a potential trade agreement, then the cool hidden feature the salt lake, and getting the highest tier would be the hero unit.

That's just a guess but I think that's about right?

So if this is what we got for criting it I assume there was a different set of results for just passing it normally?

I'm just curious what we would have gotten then. If it's classified, no big deal, just figured I'd ask.

And i'm feeling like we missed the sit-reps to our east.

If the diplomacy action doesn't give out info on the sit-reps. We might as well try to take them into Ababwa.

And as long as I'm thinking of it we should probably ask our mysterious occult advisors if they know anything about Xiang-Wu... because reasons.

Passing normally would have been:
Find out about local area in that direction.
get to destination, bring back stuff.
Get to destination, bring back rarer stuff and possible merchant connections.
Get to destination, open up avenue for potential trade agreement.

And i'm feeling like we missed the sit-reps to our east.
The Sit Reps will come in the Rival Report as part of your intel on the areas around you.

I love all the Aladdin economy stuff, I laughed so much I hurt my side.
I remember the roc feather from that 1 episode in the show, if it is anything like that, a single feather could cover a decent part of an army

I'm assuming the salt lake is some kind of magical portal to the ocean and is the dog with him the one keeping the keys away from the prisoners?

Along the route they had stumbled upon a small lake. One that wasn't on the maps. Even stranger, the entire lake seemed to be composed of salt water. Crusted nodules of the stuff stood at the edges of the shoreline, smoothed by rains refilling the lakebed and washing the salt back into the water.
Goodie. Our very own mini-Dead Sea and an inland source of salt.
The man's name was William Turner, and he was a blacksmith.
And not a blacksmith. They aren't magic or anything but one constant in the movies is various people remarking that the swords William's made are very good/nice etc.
Prospective Trade Agreement with Xiang-Wu!
Fun fact: TempestK didn't just come up with this place. It's a canon location in the collective Disney setting.
Intrigue: 99 CRIT + 52 = 151
DC for Martial lowered by 20
DC for diplomacy lowered by 35
Well this should certainly help us with the incoming 'neighbors'. I'm inclined to offer them a place to live (assuming there is free territory in our holdings) but we'll see how things pan out.
The boy may be a genius of sorts when it comes to money managing, but you can't say you relish the way he tends to be a touch more... Aggressive, with his economic policies. You're almost certain he has some moneylender ancestors in his bloodline that are looking down on the boy fondly, or perhaps a state treasurer or chief of finance.
The fun thing is, this is 100% possible given the blank slate that is Aladdin's family history beyond Cassim. So the family one or two generations back might have been 'higher class' before they fell from grace etc.
learning: 124 CRIT! + 34 = 158
Aladdin's Stewardship Malus removed completely!
Diamond in the Rough activates!
Aladdin gains +1 Stewardship
That's right. He can be Taught!

And DitR still hasn't revealed but my guess is that any time Aladdin overcomes somthing that was previously viewed as impossible for him etc etc; he gets a boost to the related stat.
Adventure: "A Wing and a Prayer" unlocked!
Fortunately here we shouldn't have Abis Mal gumming up the works. Though I really doubt we'd ever be able to get a resent Roc. More that we'd manage to get a collection of feathers for our special forces.
The Sultan was allowing him to stay at the palace still, but Jasmine could tell that the bird felt uncomfortable there.
And wouldn't you know it, we just happen to have need ofr a translator (assuming Iago knows English).
Oh my god that means the British empire is still alive
Well as long as you don't count Britain itself (just the colonies etc). Britain currently has got a Cauldron Born problem.

Oh, wow. Somehow I missed that Arthur is the technical leader of the British Empire. That is a very unique anachronism screw.
