Orc Quest; or, A Critical Examination of Agency Through in Interactive Fiction (Warcraft)

Rolls

Grok diplo 68, reasonable, doesn't insult
Warlock response 25, just about hostile but don't attack
Warlock aid to haro 15, goes poorly gets slapped by him
Haro attitude 50, moderately interested by you, susp of warlocks
If Warlock response was better what would have happened instead?

Would Haro just skip the Mak Gora if his attitude was somewhere in the 90s?

[X] Accept the Mak'gora

Truly it is the only option. We fight. We win. let our blade burn.

Very possible, but I'm also interested to see what the hell this guy would have us doing.

Salt is the mindkiller. Feel the salt of our loss flow over and through you, until only honor remains.

One Fel infused blademaster vs a light infused blademaster.

In the end I think Grok must face him. He was Jubeithos's student while Grok is Akino's.

He may have not have killed Grok's teacher but his teacher taught him so it would be more preparation against the real deal despite Jubeithos in his prime is different to his current form.

...As the other option is literal suicide.
Not necessarily, there's still the possibility Grok pulls out Myzrael or something and does really well, but even if he did will it would be massively more messy in general.

One of those difficult things because the dice sometimes dictate reality not just actions within it. In theory for example the warlocks being well received might have meant they helped Haro out more, or it might have meant I put more fel stuff in Haro's force. If his attitude was friendlier he might have been raiding less and actually really intent on joining you just because you're so cool, but here he's been legitimately raiding and is just moderately interested in you
Him winning would immediately cause the humans of Alterac to go into Total War against us, too.
Not necessarly, if Grok managed to do some exceptionally fast talking they might not have, but yea would have been a big problem.
