WAS doesn't sound particularly discrete to me, can't everyone else also see those searching bullets? If possible, it might be a good idea in the future to research a variant that's more discrete. Right now it isn't all that useful for a stealthy approach.

I'm not expecting much besides changing the color variable if it's bright pink to dull brown or gray, hiding in the ceiling of the building if they're in there because nobody ever looks up, things like that.

We don't know Tt's name, so it would be weird if we used Lisa in the vote. A bit nitpicky, I know, but it seems odd to make an IC vote with her name. But other than that, no problem with the vote. Maybe we'll find out more about their base of operations and whatnot.

Well at night I expect they would, even if the streets were well lit, but I don't expect them to stay hundreds of feet away since:
"Wide Area Search (2/2 Master) – Send out non-damaging homing 'bullets' that map out the surroundings or search for a specified target"
they go out and maps the area, again not something that sounds all that discrete to me.
