Let's be smart about this then. We got WAS. Shouldn't be that difficult to make the search orbs an dull color so they aren't seen easily. After that just put them on the paths out (alley and sewer) and wait for the PRT. Samantha could always also sneak after them but high chance is they will notice her at some point. These guys seem to be animal based bio tinker creations or something on those line, they will probably smell persons who shadow them.

Smashing their heads in doesn't give any big results. Stealthy takeout will make the rest to run. (even if it would be funny to let Vista pick them off one by one :lol)

If we just leave and let PRT take care of it, those guys are long gone by the time they come. So stay back to watch and put Wide Area Search up, while also calling to PRT for help.

I was more thinking that pretty much no force on earth is going to get Vista to accept "You are a child, stay out of it and let the adults handle things." with anything less than the worst of grace. Partly the BB/Philly culture clash, partly Vista's not, in a lot of meaningful ways, a child anymore. Nowhere near being a adult, of course, but certainly not a normal 12/13 year old anymore. I'm pretty sure it's not a coincidence that Miss Militia, former child soldier, is her new guardian.

The "them" in subvote 2 is a little vague to me. Who is it referring to?

One more thing that I've said before but may not have been totally clear on. All Adept-level attack spells can still be lethal, but you have to specifically tell me you want to use them like that.

I'll let you know if I think of any more topics I've been a little vague on. I've gotten very tired of being the cause of so much confusion in this quest.

I hope all of you remember what your vote was, because any votes that were cast during the moratorium don't count.

We have one more moratorium coming up, as next chapter will most likely net you a new spell. That will be all the major "vote types", and at that point we can discuss whether to keep the moratoria going or to open the vote as soon as the chapter drops. Until then, please follow directions.

What's the plan for dealing with the "Case 53s"?
[ ] Get away and call in the PRT. Bouncer's local, so he should know how things get done around here.
[ ] Stay back and watch. They aren't hurting anyone at the moment, so best to see what they can do.
[ ] Nibble at their flanks. Take them out stealthily, starting at the edge and working inwards.
[ ] Charge in head-first. They broke the law, and now you'll break them. Shock and awe, people.
