Magical Girl Escalation Taylor (Worm/Nanoha)

[X] Bone of the Father, part 2 – Maybe it's just because it's one you grew up hearing about, but the idea of an Empire off-shoot running around Philly fills you with dread. Plus the fact that the real Empire was turned into Ziz-bombs. Check their territory for any known Empire capes calling the shots.
[X] Burn the Sinners, part 2 – You have the information about the Fallen you wanted, specifically about the Simurgh family. Track them down. Burn them out. Leave no survivors.

[X] Participate in Final Frontier as a social activity instead of a main activity.
[X] Make yourself available to help Operation Pentagram.

[X] Daddy's Little Girl – It's been a while since you last checked on your dad. It hurts to see him and know that he doesn't and probably never will recognize you, but you should probably stomach the hurt and go to his nursing home.

If we ignore Daddy's Little Girl completely then we are saying we don't care enough to try and give Taylor her father back.
Nuclear fire is a good cleansing mechanism, and the Fallen do need purging...

Dynamic Duo and Calamity Witch raiding Cauldron away! What terrible secrets will she uncover? In all seriousness, I think this is a fairly important one and we've got an opportunity to do it as a social. Socials are important... but main quests are on time-limits and there is so much to do!

We're either giving Standstill a template now or burning the next two Tim votes on Devices for her. I'm not too hopeful for our ability to actually coordinate that so I'm going to try here first at least.

She's also already tried to check on and contact him before, and seen no improvement, unless i'm mistaken.
Actually... she did. He went from comatose to awake but unable to remember past 2004 and unable to create new memories. She was told by the people around there was little/no hope of improvement. She hasn't gone back since.

I'm positive I've already mentioned that there will be a post-magifying interlude where the girls get into a fight, so are these training voters because you want MORE practice or because no one reads the GM's comments?
People want to level the girls up, and I can't blame them. They need a lot of catchup and effort to get the 'cool' stuff anytime soon. Still, getting Standstill's template running is a bigger priority for me.

@Silently Watches when is the next Endbringer attack expected to take place?
You have a couple of months. It's only been like three weeks since Leviathan
Thanks to the wonders of dates in the chapters... 26th July to 10th August. 15 days, just over two weeks. Next one should be mid-to-late October? So yeah, loads of time.

Gotta preprep for the Fallen, more preprep and even more preprep. Until there is nothing to prepare.
Both? Both sounds good

Just making sure. There has been many a time I couldn't say with certainty that anyone read a very relevant post I made. If it's just that you want more training, a-okay.

I will point out though that if the goal is XP, just training, even against dinos, won't cut it. Needs to be a real fight against people.

He went from comatose to awake but unable to remember past 2004 and unable to create new memories.

That transition wasn't him getting better over time, but rather the impact of a specific Healer cape brought in by Alexandria as a bribe/gift for Calamity (and also because he did get hurt at an EB fight).

What I don't remember without looking more is whether she's either visited herself a second time since seeing his amnesia, or if we've been told in-chapter that Kurt and Lacey have visited him and seen no progress.

I don't see us spending an entire social vote with the TSAB just to ask about their mind-healing magitech capabilities, and it hasn't been told to us OOC if that'd produce results (to vote for Taylor asking and proceeding to request it) or anything. So I'm really not seeing how healing him is anything more than a hope with no plans, leaving... staring through a window at a stranger.

I will point out though that if the goal is XP, just training, even against dinos, won't cut it. Needs to be a real fight against people.

Welp, I did try to think of a decent training opportunity. Makes sense game-wise that its no better than just a simulator... though on the other hand it could've counted as a Patrol with hope for fight (and did we or Missy get XP from taking on that one cult off-world? For closest comparison).

All the more reason to shift I suppose, in my head anyway this will be a cool-down after the Fallen slaughter raid as team-bonding seems off for school friends.

And hey, if we do opt to slap our gauntlet on the table with Ragnarok , Taylor might be in the mood for a visit to a certain theme of museum to reassure herself and everyone else she won't use this frivolously :V Because the voters want emotional scenes it seems.

[X] Explore another world. A location must be included. You may bring 1-3 other characters with you.
- [X] Weekend trip to Aleph's Japan with Missy, Kayleigh and Laura. As newly-forged anime characters they need to see their true homeland, and honestly all four of you need a vacation from your vacation.

Somewhat related to fears of vote-split with my own dino idea.... @Silently Watches I'm curious what you'll do with that generic "Group Training with the Girls" vote, since it doesn't specify an activity and leaves the details to you while Japan and Gimel are both a certain specific take on social/training with the same people. Not bundle it, because those people opted to not vote specific?? Or you have your own idea in mind for what they'd do together instead?

Under ways to power Immortal Assimilation Engine's Template-device making.
2. Tapping into a sufficiently large mana generator, and I do mean large. Ship-sized, for instance.
@Silently Watches, If we tapped into such a generator, how long would it take for the ship in question to recover? And this choice would mean that we save our Build slots with Tim, but would be in debt to the TSAB?

Taylor learned a spell. Missy didn't because 1) this was before the XP setup and 2) she didn't have a Linker Core at the time.

I don't know. A lot of time for generic votes like this, I don't try coming up with a particular plan until I know if it wins or not because it very well might not, and even if it does I might write whatever comes to mind. Or if nothing comes to mind, it may be referenced in another scene (like talking about the girls pulling off a strategy they practiced during the training) and the entire activity occurs off-screen. Which technically would rob you of that social slot, but if I don't get any guidance or muse inspiration, that's just a risk you take.

Until IAE decides it's done with the ship. Because it would not be Perfect Storm in control anymore, it would be Immortal Assimilation Engine calling the shots.

"Taylor we need a healer to balance the party!" The cowboy themed mage yelled in an urgent tone.

Maybe Kayleigh can manufacture healing bullets? "Just hold still, I'm trying to shoot your wounds off!"

- [X] Paul Huynh and Shipwright - See if Shipwright is okay with Paul using his tech to be a hero- and maybe see if Paul's willing to act as a testbed for more of Tim's toys...

[ ] Hang out with the Adepts. Talk about stockpiling Maclibuin's charms for the Endbringer battles and/or selling them to the Protectorate.

The proposed trips to other worlds don't attract me, so I renew my suggestion to pull the Adepts closer to us.

@Shaseyu thats actually a great idea. Arcana does need a independent source of income if we don't want to be seen as merely a extension of Dragontech. And bringing Mac and Epoch into the group would solve a couple problems. Epoch and Mac gets backup against gangs and safe place to live while we get more members and their abilities. And we can sell to the Protectorate the Boost serums for money (the temporary serums, not the mutagenic ones).

[X] Final Frontier – The Triumvirate Dynamic Duo is interested in what resources Earth Bet would have access to with convenient interdimensional transport. Explore Cauldron's base again, hunting for vials and information about the Fallen.

I want to see what is going on with Danny, even if It turns out in the end that there is nothing to be done, at least it will be done. And Nazis can hopefully wait a week. Their are not getting as much power as the E88 had in such a short time.
