EDIT: SV doesn't register a voting going on at all. Guess the migration to Xenforo disabled that feature, huh.

Taking all voters' first priority as the main vote, it would look like this:

Arcana: 19 votes.
Judgement Guard: 10 votes.
Night Sisters: 5 votes.

Don't know what changed in the past day, but opinions seems to have shifted heavily in favor of Arcana, whereas it used to be more evenly matched with Judgment Guard.

Guess people prefer the blander, more generic name. Yes, I'm salty about it. :lol:

If you want to make @Silently Watches' life easier, ping me in your vote and I'll hand tally it up by your first priority.

Annoyingly, I now see how it could've been set up so even SV's vote tally could've handled it.
Now, it would've needed people to read simple instructions in order to vote... but it would've worked.

Would've split it out into each possible block, then you could eliminate whichever one came in third and drop however many votes into the other two.

I'm also annoyed at Net Tally since
If you are making a ranked vote, you may enter a rank between 1 and 9, and should prefix the number with the hashtag (#). Thus: #1, #2, #3, etc. For legacy reasons, unadorned numbers (1, 2, 3, etc) are also recognized as indicating a rank value.

Means it should have worked. But, at least in v2.23 (latest version that actually works on my machine) there's no way for me to set up a ranked tally.

Maybe it is because everyone kept saying how Judgment Guard was a bad name for various reasons, and the worst people could say about Arcana was it's bland.

As for Night Sisters, I personally don't think it sounds good, and it seems like a band name, and I don't really want gender to be mentioned in the team name. Something like Walpurgisnacht wouldn't be nearly as bad as Night Sisters to me.

That sadly won't make my life easier, for 2 reasons.

1) No offense, Lancer, but I don't trust ANYONE who's voting to tally this by hand. I don't think you or anyone else would try to cheat the system, but me tallying it takes that possibility off the table entirely.

2) If I just wanted everybody's top pick, we wouldn't be doing rankings. It's going to be based on combined score. That will let me figure out which one is the best compromise.

Bad how? I only recall someone saying it sounded Knights Templar-ish and... I don't really get that impression?

Moreover, it's meant to reference a part of Perfect Storm's and OG Calamity Witch's history. The team now exists thanks to Galea's existence, and I thought it would be cool to honor that, with all the faults they had.

Arcana is the safe and inoffensive choice. I don't have much against it other than to me it's boring and too obvious in contrast to say, even Night Sisters.
 
Well, Nightsisters is my favorite by far, and I'm amazed it isn't more popular. I'm wish-washy on the other two. I don't really like either. Arcana is pretty bland, but I think Judgment Guard would've been better with just the first word.

Then again, seeing as our first act is probably going to be the borderline overwhelming annihilation of the Fallen, it is entirely appropriate. Basically come out the gate declaring we're the arbiters of good and evil, toe the line or ant meets boot. Which is maybe a stronger message then the team was intending to send, but it would be just like them to bite off more then they could chew.

Edit: That's if we actually succeed, we could just as easily fail miserably and embarrass ourselves. Maybe have to get bailed out ne Alexandria or Legend.
