What would happen if she feeds raw ADAM to a plant?
Bioshock 1 has Julie Langford trying to invent a way to resurrect dead plants and she gets you to collect a few different ingredients for it. ADAM isn't one of the things you have to find, but it would make sense for it to be part of the process. If it is, then that means that raw ADAM wasn't enough on its own, though whether that's because it just doesn't work or that it does work but in a horrible way is open to speculation.

the chamber uses ADAM to actually build the new body so the major drawback would be ADAM addiction, since the subject would need now regular infusions of ADAM to avoid tissue degradation. It's going to be a little awkward for Addy to explain that part, but being addicted to a chemical that Addy can produce is stupidly large quantities is still probably better than being dead.
ADAM withdrawal is what leads to the Splicers in bioshock being so messed up (and also why they're happy to try hunt and kill Little Sisters for their ADAM if they can get away with it).
Depending on what kind of series Addy would have next she could likely even fix that problem.

On the side note is there a full list on the series techs you would be using for the story.

Currently some of my most anticipated ones that grant power lile what Bioshock has. Series like RWBY with Aura being given to others.

Could Possession free Dragon just by commanding it to amd shooting it at 1 of her suits? Her mainframe? A computer terminal she's useing?

Do you accept suggestions of fictions, Unders? Because SS13 TGMC Xenomorph castes, and SS13 plus variations, in general, might intrigue you.

Well SS13 does fit the theme of "oh god, it can't possibly get worse". As it includes, even more horrible biotinker nonsense (all the gene engineering stuff), FTL and Teleportation nonsense with a side of interdimensional monsters (bluespace), and the chemistry up to and includinging the memetic Cuban Pete Surprise (a self perpetuating explosion). It would be like a nightmare combination of Bakuda's and Leet's shard.

And there's always the cult of Nar'sie and Ratvar, alongside the Chaplain nullrod that can become 20+ different weapons and OP medical chems

I've been thinking about that library trap. On the off chance that Addy doesn't out herself when it happens, I wonder if she'll luck out and they'll decide she knows about the Glory Girl incident because of her theoretical precog powers. With AddItUp being a reference to how those powers work.

In other words, Addy may avoid being tarred as a biotinker because she accidentally muttered Canberra where Vista could hear her.

But it uses up so much power. Addy needs to install it somewhere that Danny won't notice the sudden spike in his electricity bill.
Don't Bioshock have some sort of power cell that could help?

Anyway in the end the best way to get around all these issues with ADAM is to get Amy on board

Probably the same stuff as would happen to an animal, it has tissues replaced with unstable stem versions, except slower of course since plants don't have the same sort of circulatory system as animals do.

Addy is hoping for something that'll let her fix up stuff. Being a Little Sister isn't entirely without side effects after all (though she'll have years to fix it anyway)
I'll post up the fiction list at some point (probably be edited into my previous Info threadmark). It's mostly the same as the one in the original Tinker of Fiction quest thread, except with stuff I'm not completely familiar with removed. Sadly as I am unfamiliar with RWBY it's off the list for the moment which is a bit of a pity as what I've seen of the weapons is pretty cool.

The way I'm having it work is it basically forces undying loyalty and a desire to protect the caster. In Dragon's case she'd probably be treated as the figure of highest legal authority, at least till it wears off after which that instance of Dragon will suicide (since she can emulate emotions enough to feel the suicidal depression part hit her).

I do accept fiction suggestions. Just googled SS13 and it looks pretty cool. I'll have to test it out and see what it offers before I can put it on my list though.

I want to answer this but I don't want to give out spoilers. You'll just have to wait and see in a couple chapters :p

Addy has a bit of tunnel vision when it comes to her plans and is stockpiling resources for the moment so she can get the chamber built. Once it's done she can worry alternate power supplies and stuff.
As for Amy she's unlikely to help. Her likely response is to Addy wanting to play with her is not going to be "sure kid I'll help you experiment with this magical tinkertech cancer you've infused yourself with and totally help you biotinker up a better version". Also GG kinda hates Addy's guts, even if she doesn't know who Addy is. Amy is unlikely to get on board with any of Addy's plans (and considering Addy's usual plans would be more likely to call the PRT immediately). Also Amy doesn't do brains, so she wouldn't be able to fix all the problems until she decides her rule is stupid.
Who else thinks Vista looked at addies notes, took some pictures and was sending them to her bosses in that scene?

Next chapter may be delayed slightly because I've just started playing Warhammer 40k: Mechanicus after nabbing it earlier during the steam xmas sale. Praise the Omnissiah!
Also sadly no, Warhammer 40k stuff isn't on my tech tree list. Most of my 40k knowledge I've gained via cultural osmosis so I doubt I could do the setting justice. Even if the thought of Addy with servo skulls is kinda cool. I'll just have to leave the mechanical transhumanism to Peter.

GOOD! Theres not that much stuff in the 40K millenium that wouldnt instantly murderize everything that gets in its way. Although, getting a few Exterminates virus warheads onto Zions planet would probably make the issue go away very quickly. Plus, considering what Addys like, I wouldn't be at all surprised if she didnt cook up some Orks or Tyranids as pets.

That's why you go Tyranid instead. There you get biological monstrosities of every type.
Oh she'd definitely wind up cooking up some Tyranids. As cool as the Adeptus Mechanicus are I'm a really big fan of swarms of alien locusts (and would probably use Tyranids if I played 40k).

I can't bloody wait till I get the starcraft stuff. A zerg larva would make such a handy living DNA library and nothing could possibly go wrong with making one
Sadly starcraft isn't the next tech tree so I guess Piggot gets to breath a sigh of relief.

@Unders
Could I suggest Ratchet and Clank? I lost touch with the game with the Nexus version and onward because that was on the next gen game system and I am poor. But there is a Clapton of tech armor and weapons in there. There is even tech for the weapons that learn as you use them and upgrade to a degree. Plasma whip, gets kinda lightsabery with the stronger moves. Some hover tech. Also glass orbs filled with nanotech that instantly heal you when released. And even some helpful AI robots. R.Y.N.O. is the top gun in any of the series.
Ah and deployable shields, drone shields; turrets, a glove that releases attack bots and guns that turn your enemies into sheep or ducks

Just having Clank (& his Secret Agent Clank) gadgets alone would be rad as fuck.

Although you run the risk of him becoming Mr. Steal Your Girl to Armsmaster (because Clank is a mac with the Robo/AI ladies)

Seriously, even Deadlocked's weapons are rad (I FORGOT ABOUT MERC AND GREEN! BEST BATTLE BUDDIES EVER!)

I know right? They ain't the sharpest tools in the shed but they got plenty of experience to back them up and they have your back no matter the enemy. If Addy gets R&C she should build them and have them hide in the house incase they get attacked. But you know, after PRT/Protectorate raids the house and confirms she's not a Tinker.

Will Addy ever be getting into Mass Effect? Kind of want to see her with an omni-tool. It might not be the best possible tool for most of what it does, (though it's probably up there as long as you don't get into "ancient precursor hypertech",) but it's probably the only thing that does everything it does.

They also have damn good fabricators, and omni-gel feedstock for those fabricators which means, with the omni-tool, she can consolidate all her tinkering loot materials immediately as she finds it. Easy access to fusion reactors, some nanotechnology, a surprisingly robust gene modding and cybernetics field... and, you know, all of the element zero.

And medi-gel. That's important enough to be worth noting separately, unless she's got stim-packs or something already by then.

And the power and utility just goes up if she has access to prothean or Reaper technology, or anything from Andromeda - the Remnant stuff especially.

Is she always going into tech? Too much tech is a bit much and boring.
Was hoping for more magic and anime fiction.
