I'll bemoan the loss of the plus 10 for safety reasons since, given she'd see taking anyone with us as cheating, but atleast this has us gain a little Rage rather than lose any. I can work with that.

On the one hand, fair I suppose that would work away the threat but on the other we'll probably miss out on whatever nice story bonuses comes from actually beating Jasper in her own challenge to Father.
Besides that Hex might be better for War Heroics, we don't really need the extra help stat wise but gods does he need the opinion boost that we know it gives. Should have the same effect of putting a dent in their build up regardless.
 
Johnny would unironically be a good fit because he has two superhero forms to choose from in canon.

One is a Green Lantern expy and the other one is a Thor one.

It'd probably a lot to get there but still, he'd be one of the few units capable of hurting Aku.

I'm disappointed so few people are interested in taking the fight to Jasper after she called Father out. I really don't think we should be ignoring this.

I'm also worried that giving the Gems even more time to recover is going to make it harder for us to deal with them later.

Problems are mounting at home. Deal with the threat in our own backyard first. Plus, the plan I went for has a minor Rage boost, and a training action, which means Father will be more prepared to take the fight to the cheeto next time.

As much as people want the gems to be dealt with, challenging their leader to a fight behind the 7-11 isn't gonna be the be all end all. Everyone is thinking too much like a superhero, think like a villain. Gain all advantages possible, then tell the government exactly where the fight is gonna be so they can station their totally-not-real-and-deniable assets to cap her while she's fighting us.

It's the same reasons as above, but Hellatrix scared me with the push towards Spankulot.

K.N.D. Sabotage is just going to get worse if we keep ignoring it just like Mowing the Lawn did. The Military just got Gem Tech so they can at least hold off the Gems for a little while Father cuts down some Treehouses.

The KND are literaly making everything harder as we speak. And unlike the Gems, nobody's going to fight them in stead of us.

To be fair, they don't seem to be applying it well. General Specific does not come across as a very intelligent man. But...I'm sure they can hold the line for a bit.

Last you heard, Spankulot was in the hoosegow. You're not sure when that happened, but you can understand why. Sure, he was a villain, but even you admit, the whole "hunt down naughty kids and spank them" thing was a little too weird. It seems he was "canceled", both online and in real life. Better go visit and see how bad things have gotten.
