The Imperial Family can, technically, do that as a Prevter House (what House Dall is) exists to extract a Strategic Ressource. If the IF deems it neccessary, they can up the quota. They, however, do not like doing that, as that gives the Prevter House a lot of leeway to do a lot of bullshit in that pursuit. Like, say, telling the IF that you need serious military hardware, or an city charter for the labor, or some political concessions to get people back to work, or etc. etc. etc.

Surprisingly, autocrats in charge of a nation can't just force people to give them stuff for free without people getting grumbly and putting their heads on spikes. A lesson learned either very fast, or never. The Imperial Family learned Very Fast.

So the one issue here is that you have a bunch of varying Armor Penetration values, but the descriptions tend to overlap. For clarity's sake, you might want to format it as: Low Armor Penetration (for 25%) Standard Armor Penetration (for 50%), High Armor Penetration (for 75%).

An idea was recently floated to the Research Halls by Pilgrim Oraion to investigate the use cases of covering an airship with solar panels to reduce its Power requirements by continually producing power for low weight and Structure costs. Certainly worth investigating.

I am pretty sure we can do solar panels for airships in normal learning it is in Physics And Hydraulics, admittedly we do need a lot of bonuses for it, so fair enough

Hmm. Okay, with the specified field types, I can remove Sunlight from the In The Name Of Co-Operation and switch in Optical Fibers. Then after a couple turns of Electronics Theories + Spectrometer, it becomes a viable research option.

Do you mind specifying field types for the army transport modules as well?
