I'm an asshole, but not that much of one. The only people you need to worry about spontaneously gaining new levels in a given arc are allies. Like Goddess Gold.

But I have to agree. Sega would totally do that.
Sadly, Sega's damage output is so high that doing that would be suicide, from recoil damage, even with the massive reduction from Adamantium Frame + Echo of Peace. Before even adding in Sam's offensive buffs.
Also, is it correct to assume that the 'if one copy dies, then both die' aspect of Not Truly There means that Walk With Me can't trigger against attacks that would OHKO White Soul, since she never actually takes the damage?
Also, from the fact that Red Rose is still alive, is it correct to assume that Walk With Me also doesn't trigger against things that kill without actually doing damage?

The idea of Rei getting more levels is something i both want and find remarkably funny.

Cold red eyes burned into the teeming mass of demons that were bearing down upon the forward base. Rei walked forwards, ignoring Nepgear as she tried to stop her, eyes focused on the class 7's that made the backbone of the force.
She was not strong enough to get all of this filth in one blow. But, she had not needed to get stronger for a very long time and the need, the will, to become more powerful was the catalyst to become so. Limited only by the Potential someone had accrued.

Normally, unless having the Seal present and recognised plays a part of getting them to work with her.

I'm pretty sure I said a lot on the subject sometime around her fight, but can't remember if it was actually in the thread that I said it.

Well, in theory, Core Purge should work if you can hit both bodies with it simultaneously (theoretically possible when dealing with a 100 meter diameter sphere of doom). In theory.
Glassing the whole area with Starshine should also work, but that's got its own problems
Either way, Core Purge is a gigantic risk against White Soul, because we already will be losing 25% of current Health each turn when in her presence.
I think someone suggested just yelling [PEACE] at her a couple pages ago?

if both bodies are in the AOE that won't work. She would also need to know to dodge and core purge isn't described as being obvious. I mean we glow but it's hard to tell if it's a buff allies glow or a melt enemies glow.
Well, if I was her, I would arrange so I wouldn't be at risk of AoE attacks, especially since the whole "immortal" thing has been debunked, so you can't rely on said reputation to intimidate and trick your opponents.

well that does raise the question of what happens if we destroy the control seal on one of her bodies.
I sincerely hope that this never becomes relevant, but what happens to the effect of Revel in Darkness while someone is at negative Health due to The 'Kind' Monster? Do they take a negative amount of damage, and thus get healed a bit?
If that does in fact heal, is that healing affected by Negative Zone?
