The Prestige is also just a band-aid. What we need is better admin tech, or to upgrade our Government, or something else.

If there are negative consequences to being over our vassal limit, we'll soon get specific options to try to deal with that.

Why are people trying to avoid the consequences? We need to fail at some point so that we can reform and advance ourselves. There is no better time to fail than during a peaceful Golden Age.

Please vote for anything that's not the Prestige.

Twice now our settlers have looked at the mineral rich mountains in our core territory surrounded by ancient Arthrynite realms and completely ignored them in favour of wondering off into the ass end of nowhere, crap.

[X][GA] Unlock the Port Megaproject. (Temp Mystic-, Temp Culture-)

I'm not voting for prestige because building ourself up with self congratulations seems shortsighted.

Shot in the dark to help with the subordinate limit (I think that proclaiming glory and greatness is likely to... backfire, especially with the explorers crisis).

Let's get better at managing our own resources. Less strife => happy people => productive unified people (I'm hoping, I don't fully get the mechanics). Unless that hole in the middle of the map is water then ports and shipbuilding could help manage the colony but will make expansion easier, admin helps everywhere.

That being said I fully support rooting out the undead once and for all. They seem to go from almost dead to major headache too quickly. Use that adventuring angst to tame the cursed forest next door.

Being in favour of genocide, oppression, and/or displacement of people is bad and remains bad even if the people are undead. The Arthwyd's racism doesn't stop being evil and wrong just because we're playing the Arthwyd.

It would also mean breaking your peace deal with the Caradysh in a way that has the Arthwyd being the unprovoked aggressors.

This is advocating taking down a political enemy, not genocide, as far as I can tell

it's worth pointing out, a lot of the undead are sapient. Sure most of them are mindless undead used for labor, but there is a civilization of sapient undead running the mindless ones. So wiping out the undead would involve genocide.

I am afraid of the Caradysh. It seems inevitable to me that they will either become numerous enough to take over everything by force, or be destroyed before they can as things stand. We would need to find a way to keep them from continuing to gain bodies in perpetuity in order to stop that dichotomy from happening.

A political enemy that purely coincidentally includes the entire undead race and nation. It's genocide.

The Caradysh's population grows. You know who else's population grows? Literally every other civilisation on the face of the planet, with the Arthwyd growing the most rapidly. You can advocate to halt the Caradysh's reproduction, but understand that ethically it's no different to performing genocide against a population of living people by sterilising them.

Except every other group is limited in population growth by a wide variety of factors. The Caradysh seemingly only be how many dead they can take in, and how many they can fit within their borders.
