So, what are people actually hoping to discuss with Sandra?
Did I miss her indicating that she had something to talk about?
Is it just blindly fishing for an actual conversation topic?
Or are people hoping to somehow kick off Anna explaining some of her secrets?
Because, if it's the last, that's kind of unlikely to actually work, both because from a meta perspective this is Yukari's arc, which means the audience won't ever get to see this and the serious revelations lose impact when half the flight already knows, and from an IC perspective, because Anna probably isn't really willing to talk about this stuff yet.
I can't help but feel this action would work a lot better if it also supplied a topic of its own in case Sandra doesn't think of an entire scene worth of topics off the top of her head.

I want to go on the record here: I literally came within a second of submitting a stunt for Transcendent Offense research last post that was literally identical to this, except it was predicated on Anna remembering the events of after the simulator and she DIDNT so I DIDNT SUBMIT IT.

I find it interesting that apparently Durga is both a builder and a fighter. Is that normal? Do cores usually have a specialization?

The first generation of valk warriors all started off as builders, so I don't think so.
All it refers to us the type of equipment you have integrated. Anna started by repairing and running her town's utilities, way back before she had to fight.
One presumes there are standard builder starting equipment now just like the UN now equips new cores with standardized weaponry.

Man, i really don't want to hamfist Anna's back story, but I can't wait to see the cast's reaction. The fact that she only really considers herself useful for her wave force is just so damn sad. I mean, Anna doesn't really have anything besides her flight and fighting, she has no real loyalty to the UN (something I suspect that will come up eventually) and I highly doubt Anna will ever be able to truly reintegrate with society. Nothing is sadder than seeing a broken person interact with others who don't realize just how broken that character is.

Pretty sure before last update, she considered herself useful for being able to train the little 'uns into big strong Valkyries. This update, though, she's ditching practice and class for Wave Form.

edit: for the record I'm not sure where I'm going with this. At the moment the plan is to shoot a lot of antagonists, and then shoot some more antagonists. Either I'll come up with a plot at some point or I'll just keep shooting antagonists until the omake ends. I'll be writing both Anna and Yukari, but I have no idea if they will ever meet up. I want them to... but I can't see a decent way to write it. Anna just so utterly outclasses Yukari that there isn't a good way to write a "watch-your-back" scene >.<

Ok, so if this was an actual anime that I was writing, I think this is the point I would have a particular episode type. I would start it with something akin to this.
Anna, to Sandra: Shuri asked if I was here to make friends. After some consideration, I have decided that, yes, this is the case. However, I find myself at a loss in social situations. I would like your help in rectifying this deficiency.
This would set the tone of the episode as a familiar kind of wacky hijinx filler with Sandra trying to coach the akward Anna through social interaction. It's familiar and you can just kind of see the whole thing coming in your mind's eye. Training, comedic misunderstandings, Coke-zero being used as a practice dummy (in drag, for some reason), Anna messing up and despairing, Sandra comforting her and we all learn a big sweet message.
Or, if the management would let me get away with it, I'd throw a curve in there to mess with expectations. Probably at the Sandra comforts Anna point, having her run face first into the giant wall of PTSD Anna has managed to keep mostly under wraps. Finding out that there is something truly wrong with Anna, not just general kuudere shyness, would go a long way to hinting at her tragic backstory. It would also be a nice little Madoka style swerve but I love Madoka a little more than it probably deserves, so ignore that as a bonus.
So, long story short, anyone want to try and write in a vote to the effect of "Ask Sandra to teach you how to make friends"? You know, in a way that isn't actively terrible the way I would end up making it.
