Pretty good turn all around. Getting skills in flying, riding a horse and learning the ways of the sword. Daemon and Lucien getting along very well. Daemon even know sign language now. The fact he went out of his way to learn shows he cares. Man if Daemon every learns we are his cousin he's gonna be pretty happy. Now what do we want? Protect our family obviously but what else?

Daemon is only nicer because we have a dragon, traveling with us grants him freedoms, and he honestly likes us.
If he didn't we'd probably be on the first boat back to dragonstone

When he went to tame the dragon, he wanted to be like the heroes in the stories; when asked by Prince Baelon, he said he wanted to keep his family safe and happy. This seems to be a good mixture/development of the two. It's just broad and open-ended enough to be conceived by a child who doesn't have a grasp on any specific goal but still has a general feel for what it is he wants to accomplish.

No comment but the potential adventures that will be coming are now going to push Daemons plot armor to its limits.

I'm only inferring on what we see in the show and from the books. He's a sensitive man that is a violent brutal bastard because he loves his brother more then anyone else.
And also: Many of the problems that they suffer from are legitimate medical conditions that not only affect real people, but can be treated now.
The Targaryen family does not have that luxury.
I mean I like both write ins and think both fit Lucien's charecter.
