I get the feeling Baelon is gonna remain heir no matter what. Got to remember Viserys can be very stubborn on certain issues and Baelon seems to fit in that category. Remember he remained stubborn on Rhaenyra when she was not doing good as his heir because of emotional reasons. So Viserys being stubborn on Baelon who Aemma died to bring into the world fits.

Well, it depends how things turn out with Baelon...
Even at her worst Nyra was merely acting like a rebellious teenager angry with the world, but if Baelon goes full sociopath/crazy Viserys may not be so tolerant... It is not the same to see you daughter act like a brat than see your son torturing little animals.

I would peg Joffrey as more of a psychopath since he enjoyed tormenting people quite a lot.
I bet the more ambitious Lords will be trying to have a daugther for the next few years...
