Thanks Seraph, you, Tabasco, Mrsean22 and Fanhunter are my sheets builder buddies
I'm no expert in character development but I have some suggestions on what each girl can learn during the time skip:
Vanessa Bracken - Has potential in administration and her honest mentality makes her a good boss in this regard.
Lorena Celtigar - Can be adaptive to sailing and naval navigation but she can also be formidable in commerce and trade. Her poker face will make it difficult for rival merchants to get an idea what ticks her and what doesn't.
Garlena Harlaw - Being a great singer can help attract favor. Her smaller stature makes her excellent in snooping around gather information. If she's into a martial prospect, she can wield twin blades like an assassin.
Minisa Crane - Being the Sailor Venus of the group, she's a great dancer and performer. Practicing court diplomacy will help her ability to converse with people and getting better reception.
Myranda Ryswell - Being a "certified" liar, she is perfect actress material. Yet another prospect of gathering information from a different angle or even spread false information.
Emma Wendwater - Mastering diplomacy will help get around rough edges and adapt to unexpecting developments at court, as is her nature.
Jocelyn Selmy - Certified with great potential as the warrior of the group, learning the longsword with the balance of power and agility will make her Jonquil Darke Reborn.
Caliadne Reyne - Even if she cannot be a maester, that doesn't mean she cannot rival or even surpass most maesters. But unlike them who only read books, she can witness events that gives her first hand experience and better skills for the time.
Rhyelle Coldwater - While being educational in the Seven, she wouldn't be oblivious to the darker sides of what the Faith has done, like taking funds from the smallfolk for a simple prayer.
These may not be that good enough suggestions in terms of expansion in skills. However, one thing you can do is have their time skip experience be inspired by an interaction with Lucien. Much like that sidestory "The Faithful Day," each girl has a moment of meeting Lucien which will inspire the choices they make in expanding/improving their skills during the time skip.
