And What a Dance it Was (NO SV, War is Coming, Prepare)

She has arrived and is trying to have all the sweets…

Because she's like… six.

Lets give her all the sweets, maybe Lucien can conspire with her to make pup eyes at Queen Aemma for a visit to the Eyre and Runestone.

Wonder what girls will appear out of nowhere? I think mostly the Crowlands? Dunno if with our good relationship with the North, Lord Stark would send someone... I wonder if with Lord Tully trying to make use of the rivers to deliver goods more quickly and Lord Stark trying to expand the roads they will have an angreement soon about it.

Well we have most of the crown lands there, the west and the reach so…

We have lots of teenagers fawning over the most compatent man in Kings Landing.

We're not even old enough to get drunk yet.

So we have 1 The Reach where most of our trouble with the Faith comes, lets avoid the most religious girls then... specialy since the girls are generally chaperoned by Septas.
2 The West, Ambivalent on this one but with the previous update with the Lannisters possible trying to kill Lucien I would be wary of annyone related to Lannisters.
3 The Crowlands, were Lucien is most well liked besides the Vale and the North.

Edit: I am of the mind of favouring the Crowlands options if they exist, plus the others regions maybe the Riverlands.

It would be nice to show that Lucien is the one to offer peace with the Reach and Faith. Makes him look like the reasonable one if they don't accept it.

The northmen are their own special breed of insanity.

Even more then in other stuff
At this point I'm convinced that the Northmen are all those memes you see about Eastern European Hicks come to life, Robbard and the boys go for a night on the town and almost get killed trying to outdrink an honest to gods Dragon, and then watch as a 6 year drinks them all under the table. Once cars are a thing I fully expect the north to pioneer something analogous to Finnish Folk racing.

I bet that if Lucien stayed more time in the North, they would have made Grey Ghost pull a sled of the size of a train wagon down a mountain.

"Just hold him steady kid!"
*What's with the sled anyway*
"Last winter Carrogan set the record for highest sled jump so we're going to use ghost here to keep that record for the next hundred years"
*...let me help...and get some fish for ghost afterwards*
"I knew you'd agree."

Yep. But all the cultures have their own breed of insanity:

The river lands have insane amounts of competitive swimmers that try to swim against the currents of the most powerful river on the continent, and there are people who do that. In addition to their love of all things fishing and river sports.

The Westerlands have people who are basically the memes of Scrooge McDuck, with all of them trying to have ideas like swimming through gold.

The Valemen are mad enough lads to do alpine across the mountains of the Vale for fun. Like they make the Alpine craze in the 1800s look tame and the free climbing insanity of the late 90's and early 2000's look like a picnic. They are some of the best free climbers and alpine enthusiasts in the world.

The Crownlands… to put it bluntly, love to camp in the forests and fields of the crownlands… even at the risk of their lives to the dangerous beasts and local authorities. Even though we have to many fuckign people that might not understand how to conserve and be stupid.

The Stormlands. All I shall say is that they love hunting more then they love fighting. it's why they think Viserys is such a fucking G. He throws hunts all the damn time.

The Reach... The flower of knighthood, in fact, loves gardening, and equestrian pursuits.

I shit you not, everyone is good at horses. Even the people who can't legally ride them

  • [X] Plan: Plangeance, the Replanining, Plan Unbreakable
-[X]The tolls of the city: You need a new system that will make money... but also not burden your men with difficult things like Reading. Cost 7 BP
-[X]Situation Report (The Street of Silk): The Street of Whores more like it. The Brothel capital of the city, and easily the richest part of the city not called the Red Keep. There may not be great crimes here. But there are far more dangerous foes that may need to be dealt with.
-[X]Request More funds: If the King wants his city Secured, you need more funds! (Linetail how much funds you like to gain every turn.)
--[X] 25 more funds per turn
-[X]We Light the Way: Alicent Hightower is a strange girl, but there was something you always knew. She likes spending time in Godswood. And you wanted to talk to her.
-[X]The Testimony of Mushroom: Mushroom is perhaps the only man you trust at court who isn't family. That is a terrifying prospect because you barely know him. But he is funny, as the Seven Hells. And he really likes spending time with you.
-[X]The Dragon Eggs of the Three Silents Brothers: You are going to request they receive dragon eggs and see if they hatch.
-[X]The Lads: It seems that the Lads, your Captain, want to speak to you about something.
-[X]The Knight of Fear: Harold Westerling is frightened of you. You need to make him know he is not in any danger. Not unless he wishes to become one.
-[X]The Court of Secrets: Something doesn't feel right, so you will do what all people in this shit hole of a city do… Spy and see what is going on. No one ever bothers with the mute.

Looks at the reaward for the tolls.

I mean... Hurray for... corruption?

or is it just promoting the libertarian argument that... Lowered taxes and burdens on the tax payer leads to more money for the Government.:V

Simple corruption is a small price to pay for fat MF stacks. lets get Lucien some real drip sometime in the future. (I'm sure the king and Strong wont mind a *little* appropriation)
