OOC: There was a lot of rolling and it was tricky to write but it came out alright in the end, maybe a little too well given how Lady Cox latched on to the notion that Viserys will save the Seven Kingdoms.
Well.

I mean.

She's right. They don't know how bad it's going to get, but we do.

The return of magic will be nothing less than an apocalypse.

Maybe a phoenix will rise from the ashes but we need to make sure that's what happens.

To be fair, if we had the time I feel that we probably could turn Rina's father. But eh, effort. Another time.
Oh, we could definitely do it, but like you said it'll need to wait for a few months. For now turning Rina's mother should be fine. I will consider it a personal victory when we can grow a Weirwood Heart Tree for House Cox.

I was more going for Viserys view of "shits burning left, right, up, down and the other 3 directions, we need to band together like yesterday to survive" versus Robert's and Westeros nobles' "Game of Thrones".
Compared to the guaranteed apocalypses currently happening (no, they are not preparing, we are living them), the Iron Throne is only important because ressources and denied territory, and the nobles and their games are just - irritants.

Yeah the Baratheons barely lasted two generations of rule before everything went to shit. What is more hilarious is that they fell folly to incest, you know the Targ sin.

That's not as ironic or as unconnected as you might think. Incest was for centuries 'the royal sin' the one only kings would dare make. That leaves a mark on a society's culture and the tales it tells like for instance the tragic love tale between Naerys and Aemon the dragonknight, a queen and a knight of the kingsguard who were brother and sister. Sound familiar?

Hence my very vocal support of burning this nonsense to the root and building a better support from the ashes before all this shit come crashing down around our ears.

That or simply initiating plan "Fuck this shithole I can build a plane of infinte beach parties and have a trade route with a plane where gold is as common as dirt and a jar of honey could get me a lapdance from the richest whores in the land."
