I don't know how Thoros will react to our Fallen Angel minions. Could cause problem for us.

Phrase things right, 'kay?

No, really, I dearly hope there are only non-redeemable devils we can capture out there.
I'm in dire sacrifice-drought here!

Larder fills me with sadness, for I know I can't count Maelephant, Chwi-... drow-spiders and Tor as part of it!
Bwah!
Maelepgent breath weapon is (as I was convinced by TNE (?)) too dangerous to replicate. It goes to the big tree.

I'm only after the five Erinyes we know are out there. All other devils are perfect sacrifice fodder.

Oh, for the love of...

We aren't replicating it (not any time soon anyway), but opening as an advanced research option, or a costly (possible) upgrade to specific things we make in there.

It would in no way affect our usual production of leshi, treants, and etc.

But it would, however, be a very important thing to have on hand for when Illithids come for us.

And DP ruled that the entirety of malephant is required, so yeeeeah...

Now would be a good time for a Commune spell, but I don't have time to write up all the questions.

We could get info on Kennos' situation, Corbray info, and Westeros reaction in response to Operation Sinkhole, all in one spell cast by Viserys.

Ah, yes, questions time.
I genuinely enjoy reading those, you know?
Feels... Efficient.

While I'm not sure if taking many Erinyes with us is practical here, we should definitly get Mereth.

We hired her as our bodyguard, time to live up to it. And having a perma-truesight devil shooting down fleeing Imps once the main threat is dealt with is useful too.

[X] Round of Divination
-[X] Start with a Divination from Dany on the Corbray situation
-[X] Commune Questions from Viserys
--[X] Are there Erinyes waiting in ambush?
---[X] If yes, are there more than three Erinyes?
--[X] Do the devils present intend to summon something greater the moment a rescuer arrives?
--[X] Aside from the ambush itself, are there traps to ensnare whatever rescuers attempt to arrive, be they mundane or magical?
--[X] Are the devils in possession of any pieces of Thoros' body with which to harm him in any way?
--[X] Do the devils intend to use the surviving Alchemists to make more wildfire?
--[X] Do the devils dealing with Corbray have the dragon eggs?
---[X] If no, do the devils by Ser Kennos have the dragon eggs?
--[X] Have the devils managed to hatch any of the eggs?
--[X] All remaining questions (as a reminder there should be seventeen total) are to be used for IC clarifications on the Kennos situation and to narrow down intel on the Corbray situation.

EDIT: Normally I'd go a LOT more in depth, but we just don't have that much to go off of right now.

Maybe ask about the dragon eggs? Devils are definitively planning something with a lot of moving parts in the Vale.

This feels like a definition of terms thing. By replicate the breathweapon, I mean make copies we put on things like plants.

"but opening as an advanced research option, or a costly (possible) upgrade to specific things we make in there"

Ok. This literally, literally has the same type of meaning to me as "replicating it". As you are making more copies of the breathweapon in question.

I don't even know how to explain my perspective better than that.

Anyway, Idgaf if you have some nuance that defines a significant difference between what you said and replicating. I only wanted to point our that, there were some thread noises that the breathweapon is too terrible to make more off, and if that is the case, then more HD for the old gods.

I am not trying to convince you of anything or say you are wrong. Merely state the facts as I know them, explain my perspextive and why I tried to share it (I.e. "yay, moar HD available!)

I have zero intrests in debating this, as I have nothing to debate. Anything that may look like such is an error of communication on my part.

@Duesal what about boosts to CL on Viserys?

I mean the breath weapon would be very good to use against the elder brain. All we would need is a couple vials produced by a couple plants which we will later convert/burn so that it can't be used against us. Easy enough really. Breath weapon can be debated in next turn plan though. We can see what the thread wants then

my whole point basically boils down to "I'd rather have the option and never use it, than need a memetic weapon on hand and don't have it"-argument.

And it will lead to other research options opening up, mind you.
Powerful ones.
Illithids-fucking-up ones.

It is an all-around positive thing in my view even if not a single breath weapon is ever made.

(I'm not debating whether making it is a bad/good idea either. Just that we should have the option just in case)

Did @DragonParadox finish early?

He's been finishing earlier. I want to say it has something to do with interludes, but they require rolling too. I guess it cuts an hour or two waiting for a vote to close.

I dislike the "lets magically get answers out of nowhere" votes, i find them boring and detracting from the story.
So i shall abstain as a silent protest against the very laws of the uncaring universe in which the characters live.

We can't just duck our head in the ground and pretend Divination isn't a thing. We didn't rely on it all the time before, but then we ran into issues with everyone and their fucking mother Divining Viserys and Co. and whatever they planned down to the last damn detail every time we stepped off our island.

Fight fire with hotter fire.
