We made her a Quill of Scribing last month, DP. She should have a pretty decent stash of scrolls built up by now.

Yes, she was offered the Armor of Twilight in exchange for us getting all the dragonstone on Naath.

Wait.... @DragonParadox, didn't Wyla display Merciful Spell back in Sothoryos when we were dinosaur wrangling?

I would be happier if we did @das_slash option. I really would. It's brazen, funny and plausible to get us an in. Actually, @Azel @Snowfire As main plan maker and main delegate-ee, and @das_slash, what about this:

[X] Das Brazen Jedi Truth
-[X] Wait a moment to gauge Lana's reaction to the destruction of the guild. Look if she seems to be grieving the loss of someone she cared about.
-[X] Once you got a read on her, Contact Lanna "Lady, I came as soon as soon as I could, are the forces of hell attacking the city?"
-[X] Explain your agents saw the explosion, you knew about the alchemists working with Devils and feared the worst

edit: maybe only have people with high bluff talk to her? :p

Curious about how she'll react. We cant show ourselves though, regardless of what she does. She'll be duty bound to report to Tywin and Robert and then the restoration kicks off.

Anyway, I'm not all that sure that's actually Lanna you know. Blonde Lannister mages are a dime a dozen.

I want to give her a chance to see us arrive, to further sell our story.
At most, we could save one teleport by casting fly inside the pit, and then using LoS teleport to move above her.

Not quite my preferred course of action, but far better than @das_slash's silly troll option.
Its not a silly troll option!
Its a brilliant plan disguised as a troll option, we are telling her the truth, we are here to help against any devils that got loose, while giving the appearance of a much more dangerous spy network than we have.
We have great chances of selling it too, even against a diplomancer, we are not telling any lies, we are honestly here to help, dont want to fight and have the best interest of the realm in mind, at most she can figure out that we are lying about something, but with everything else being so benign and friendly, how bad can it be?
People wanted to talk to her, this is a way to do it with the upper hand, the cavalry arriving at KL darkest hour.

@DragonParadox, what happened to Wyla's other magic items? We would have paid for some nice sacrifice fodder.

She's not an idiot. I'm positive she's see right through that thin of a bluff. More than that she is honor-bound to attack on sight.

Why would she see through it? its obvious to us, but we are known to appear whenever we are needed, like batman, or the paw patrol.
Also, honor bound to do anything? she is smart, and a lannister, honor has never touched her.

Ouch, going from vampiric strenght to a below-average human must have hurt, even if it doesn't matter in a fight.

This was a lot better when she was Undead herself. If she is like Garin, stunned by healing from Negative Energy she now has to stay away from her undead minions to avoid that explosion that would have just healed her last year.
Still good for groups of minions though, and as a Wizard she can afford to stay back.

Many of her lower level spells are still melee-enhancers for herself, or touch-range, which is less useful now that she's a living Wizard.
But still many fine things in there, if not as nice as it was.

Ring of Strenght Sapping:

And when will the STR 8 Wizard hit someone in unarmed combat?
Useless for now.

All in all that skillset really suffers from her lack of Vampirism.
She should consider looking into Polymorph or Transformation options, or maybe a Ring of the White Wyrm to get a proper warform and make use of those parts.

Or she could go full minion-mancer and get used to staying behind the lines, though a reliable undead lieutenant would be extremly helpful for that. Know any Undead searching for such a job?

DP has told us before that if we confront her directly, diplomacy is not on the table. She's have no choice but to fight. That's why, as funny as it is, I can't take your vote seriously unless we want Lanna dead now.

Of note, I would prefer that Ser Richard be present for the HF finale, so take the guess that he'll be picked up by the good ship Glory before they find Viserys. That said, Remnant doesn't have an Outer Gates barrier issue, so finding him will probably be a little simpler.

I mean, in the end it's up to you as to if the two stories will remain linked - you used the same method to get him there, I think. But I think it could be fun if they were.

You can do that, sure. I said the conceit of "why Richard isn't disturbed throughout Unkindly Scattered" is basically what someone who can't do their work on the other end of a IT call experiences while they're put on hold with no progress in sight: "Shit may be fucked, but at least this time it ain't my fault".

He'll wait assuming Viserys is fine and already looking for him, because anything else is A) Completely unacceptable to contemplate and B) There are people far more knowledgeable than him to take care of it and thus far they have done far more complicated spellwork than merely locating and retrieving one person across the Planes with a good conceptual link to act as a focus.

Maybe Lya keeps a bit of Viserys' blood in a vial somewhere? She's probably just as paranoid as we are by this point. Bonus points if Viserys isn't even aware she collected it. :lol

There is another reason i want to make It clear we are here to help, there is a chance that the remaining alchemists panic and release the papadzul, in which case we need to fight.

This is not a surprise visit to her House, we are even far enough that we can simply leave if she attacks us.
Azel already has us revealing ourselves, i want to do that in a positive light.
