It's odd, it can travel arbitrarily large distances on an infinite plane, but can't to the moon?
We need an official presence in those cities. They can be used as embassies, warehouses for trade goods, and as secure places for us or our representatives to stay.
I can see needing Interplanetary Teleport for actual travel to distant planets, but the moon is plainly visible to the naked eye without need for any sort of Divination or mechanical enhancement. Couldn't the moon be the practical limit for Greater Teleport?
For one thing, so we don't have to be nomads and/or impose on allies whenever we visit. It's just downright useful.
