@Crake Found it. It's a Rod of Many Wands, and it can hold up to three wands at a time.
Alternatively, the wand bracer from Dungeonscape allows you to draw wands stored in the bracer (up to 4 I believe) as a free action for 300 gp.

Grudgingly yes. I would love to see her out in the field sooner rather then later and a Ring of Sustenance would help a lot to squeeze her training by a lot.Sure, but I'll have to axe the Greater False Raven and most of the Lesser False Ravens we have Valeria crafting. That cool with you? You were the one who wanted more of them.
Actually, our funds should become... interesting after the Conference. At the rate we're paying the loan to the Iron Bank back, and with our plans for Lys coming to fruition over the next couple months, our liquid funds should increase significantly in a few months.

I'm planning deals worth actual millions. We will be technically under mountains of debt, but the kind of debt we have to pay back over the course of years. Financing things like a state has it's perks.
I'm assuming these are special materials and not just regular crafting materials?
Make an Item of Clockwork Mender Swarm for it.Similar to the requirements of Azel's Herald, a few custom armors and a few pounds of planar materials.
Though there might be more I guess depending on what DP requires to add your Flight and Swim suggestions.
Speaking of your suggestions I still need to get some healing on there and I'm not sure how.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯That debt is going to be hanging over my head like the Sword of Damocles. I trust you when you say this is the best option, but damn, debt makes me so uncomfortable.
I trust your expertise in this. It's just that the whole thing is going to make me twitchy until we finish paying all of it off.¯\_(ツ)_/¯
We have enough of the Prime Material poised to be under our control and a shiny Mammon corpse to ensure that our government is considered stable.
Added to that, we need a way to obtain large quantities of foreign currency to act as a reserve for my money sheme.
Some light reading on the matter:
Foreign-exchange reserves - Wikipedia
Bond (finance) - Wikipedia

Better settle in for some twitchiness then, because we will literally never pay that off.I trust your expertise in this. It's just that the whole thing is going to make me twitchy until we finish paying all of it off.
Or just give it Fast Healing as a Supernatural Ability?Make an Item of Clockwork Mender Swarm for it.
Or possibly see if DP will let you outright built it into the construct as a 1/day Extraordinary Ability.
*slowly turns head to look at Duesal*Better settle in for some twitchiness then, because we will literally never pay that off.
We will keep emitting bonds to finance the Imperium and to pay off the maturity of the previous bonds. This is how governments raise money all the way back to early modern era.

Constructs can have Fast Healing?

Yeah, I think Shield Guardians have Fast Healing 5 but they're 15 HD, not 10.
Even Fast Healing 1 would be enough to repair damage in between combat, but would be virtually useless in combat, so it shouldn't affect CR at all.I'm not great with balance to the numbers, my basic approach is to logically extrapolate/scenario craft and see what happens.
I was thinking of Fast Healing but it's a pretty strong ability, maybe Fast Healing 2, interrupted by damage and activated by a Standard Action.
It's the thing with fiat currencies. You need some form of security and since we need to issue millions to actually crowd out gold within our realm, we need millions in securities. Neither the Shaitan nor the Genie will trust our currency unless we can back it fiscally with something, so we need to very quickly make a very large pile of planar currency.
Or give it a clause on Magic Immunity that heals it.
I thought that too, but the catch is that that Rod, which I hadn't seen before btw, let's you trigger three wands with a full round actions, even if it costs three charges from each.Alternatively, the wand bracer from Dungeonscape allows you to draw wands stored in the bracer (up to 4 I believe) as a free action for 300 gp.
I'm not sure what to call it, besides funny and awesome, that the greatest guarantee our country has for its economy is a shiny golden cloak and a museum piece.
There's a trick the government employs here, I'm not sure it does in other countries, that in very simplistic terms, every single salary paid to a physical person (as opposed to a juridical one, I.e. there are people who earn as if they were companies to get around this and other taxes), has a piece of it automatically deducted for a federal retirement fund.Better settle in for some twitchiness then, because we will literally never pay that off.

True, but wand bracers are much more versatile. Why not both?thought that too, but the catch is that that Rod, which I hadn't seen before btw, let's you trigger three wands with a full round actions, even if it costs three charges from each.
So the action economy is enormous.
Yeah, we have that, too. It's called Social Security and it's the largest, longest running Ponzi scheme in human history.Or give it a clause on Magic Immunity that heals it.
Mind, @Deliste , if you want something uber cheap like the Herald, it's going to be unique.

Which, of course, the government manages.
So it's essentially a money factory.
We are a conqueror state. Our stability and prospects for the future are intrinsically tied to our military might.I'm not sure what to call it, besides funny and awesome, that the greatest guarantee our country has for its economy is a shiny golden cloak and a museum piece.
Kinda weird, to be honest.Fast Healing 1 (Su): The dual nature of Air and Water causes a constant minor flux of sublimation and solidification, slowly mending the Bigger Fish.
Kinda weird, to be honest.
What about something along the lines of it's watery nature causes it to slowly reform, like droplets of water reforming into a puddle?
