Since we're allies now, can we ask him to be let into the Skyhold? I'd rather have a look at Meraxes' echo before the whole demon-summoning mess starts. I fear they'll be able to sense the divine echo as well, and use it for their own purposes, which should be prevented at all cost. I do not want to see what fiends can summon by sacrificing a divine echo.

Actually, it seems that it is, indeed, finally time to deal with Echo of Meraxes.

Huh.
Who would have thought the day would come.

@Azel , will be eventually have a chat with the Devil-bound astronomer? It would be bad to have an insider agent working against our interests in Zherys' group

If Viserys spends some of the remaining Volantis-days on it and Dany delays either the Dragonlore or the Black Tablet we could do it.
Meraxes secrets and power, or what little remains of it.

It's not something we can just give him tips on, though. It's a very specific PrC that took us years to finish. Zherys is a mage of some sort, most likely a Sorcerer, who is guaranteed to be past level 10. Probably 13th or 14th level, knowing how DP likes to advance NPCs despite them not often doing enough to justify that kind of level gain. Zherys simply wouldn't be able to follow our route to becoming a True Dragon, as he doesn't have the potential for growth left in him, unless he goes into Epic levels.
Retraining is a thing in this quest, and if he had Viserys available, it should work. Which is a potential option.

We could tell him how we did it, just dive deeper into our ancestral memories and powers while trying to stay mostly yourself.
But we have no idea if it could work. Not like his ancestors were dragonlords.

@DragonParadox

Two things, before we leave for the next action, can we touch base with Teana? I'd rather not let that stew or act like it was a minor detail when it costs us nothing to handle it quickly.

Second, are we using the remaining days of this action to help Zherys with his coup d'etat?

@Azel Are we then not going to help Zherys with his coup? Or what are we dropping if we are? We still have four days, which could be applied for Go Time and the aftermath. I guess technically we could fit the whole thing into two days if we squeezed, and used two of the remaining four (plus what's left of this one) for whatever business we have left.

Edit: Or just let it run over.

"So, when do you plan your coup. I'd have a few days free in my schedule just now."
"A few ... days."
"Yes?"

[X] Agree and offer the dragon egg

No need to be stingy with this, as capital of the southern province Volantis will need a large area of influence, its not like the other cities dont control vast swathes of land, including lesser cities.

"It's not like I had plans to waste time here long."

"Waste... time?"

"Of course not. The foundations of state and intrigue both come from swift decisive action where possible, and a well-kept time table when they are not."

...

"You shouldn't be so worried. It's nice to have someone looking out for you who knows what to do and when."

"Reassuring."

"Isn't it?"

Since we're staying in Volantis, can we call Dany for a day, and ask Zhaerys to allow us entry into the Skyhold to check out Meraxes? We should seriously get that done before the city starts crawling with demons and risk it getting used as a ritual powersource.

She's reading the Dragonlore book right now, which she can pause and take up again without losing progress. If we want her to finish the Dragonlore this month, we can always switch out one day from the dragonscale tablet. Alternatively, we could push teaching Lya True Seeing until next month. That does not sound so critical seeing as we already have multiple Earrings of Arcane Arcuity.

Guys, I's not sure which dragon egg isn't spoken for. I haven't been keeping up with the sorting.
It hasn't actually been voted on yet. Here's the list of accumulated dragon eggs.

Accumulated Valyrian Dragon Eggs:
1. Pink as the first hints of dawn's light -- retrieved from the devils
2. Black with specs of gold -- retrieved from the devils
3. Pale almost ghostly silver -- retrieved from the devils
4. Pale almost ghostly silver -- retrieved from the devils
5. Blue as the summer sky -- taken from Daena the Defiant's hidden cache
6. Midnight black with sparks of amber -- taken from Daena the Defiant's hidden cache
7. Jade green -- gifted by the Sealord as a symbol of Braavos' friendship and its future allegiance

I'm personally leaning towards offering the Jade Green egg, ironically from Braavos.

We can tell him to get access to a wish, and a Polymorph any object, no matter how much people hate that plan, DP has said it work.

And then there's retraining of course, there's no reason he can't retrain into our PRC.

1. Pink as the first hints of dawn's light -- Amrelath
2. Black with specs of gold -- Dany
3. Pale almost ghostly silver -- Reva
4. Pale almost ghostly silver -- Lyset
5. Blue as the summer sky -- Zhaerys
6. Midnight black with sparks of amber -- Rhealla
7. Jade green -- Malarys
